The AWS Support Center has been redesigned to help resolve your AWS support questions faster and to proactively alert you to potential issues through a convenient integration of information, tools and resources. 

In addition to managing and opening support cases, Support Center now adds Health Events that impact your infrastructure and a summary of Trusted Advisor checks that are pending investigation. Knowledge Center resources that assist in resolving support issues are now listed prominently along with a selection of popular articles and videos for quick assistance and guidance within the dashboard. 

In the near future, you will see continued innovation in Support Center through customized resources and tools based on your AWS infrastructure and service needs.
