You can now use AWS PrivateLink to privately access AWS Elastic Beanstalk APIs from your Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (Amazon VPC) without using public IPs and without requiring the traffic to traverse across the Internet. This includes the ability to receive Enhanced Health monitoring metrics from your application.

To use AWS PrivateLink, create interface VPC endpoints for Elastic Beanstalk and for its Enhanced Health service in your VPC using the Amazon VPC console, SDK, or CLI. You can also access the VPC endpoint from on-premises environments or from other VPCs using AWS VPN, AWS Direct Connect, or VPC Peering.

For more information about using AWS PrivateLink with Elastic Beanstalk, including a list of supported regions, visit our Release Notes and Using Elastic Beanstalk with VPC endpoints in the AWS Elastic Beanstalk Developer Guide.

You can continue to follow the public AWS Elastic Beanstalk roadmap on GitHub to get updates on recently launched features, upcoming features, and to provide feedback on what you want us to support.
