Starting today, customers can use Amazon Bedrock in Europe (Frankfurt, Germany) AWS Region to easily build and scale generative AI applications.
Amazon Bedrock is a fully managed service that offers a choice of high-performing foundation models (FMs) from leading AI companies. You can access a variety of FMs from Amazon, AI21 Labs, Anthropic, Cohere, Meta, and Stability AI and quickly experiment with them in the playground. You can use the Amazon Bedrock console to fine-tune models with your data for your company-specific tasks without writing code. Since Amazon Bedrock is serverless, you don't have to manage any infrastructure, and you can securely integrate and deploy generative AI capabilities into your applications using the AWS services you are already familiar with.
With this launch, Amazon Bedrock is now available in 4 regions globally, US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), Asia Pacific (Tokyo), and Europe (Frankfurt). To get started, visit the Amazon Bedrock documentation page.
