Matt Brinkley, Principal Engineer
Matt is a Principal Engineer in Emerging Devices at Amazon, where he works on the software and services for upcoming consumer devices. Previously he worked in AWS Elemental, leading the team that launched MediaTailor, a server-side personalized adinsertion service for live and on-demand video. Along the way he helped launch PrimeVideo’s first season streaming NFL Thursday Night Football. Prior to Amazon Matt spent 15 years in the security industry, including time at McAfee, Intel and a few startups, working on enterprise security management, anti-malware and anti-exploit technologies, hardware-assisted security measures, and DRM.
