Pricing is based on contract duration. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for any usage exceeds the entitle amount or not covered in the contract. These charges will be applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to your entitlements will expire.

What do you like best about the product?

I like it as they respond quick with solutions they are experts in their task resolve queries with in SLA with proper root cause

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes lacks of professionalism is recorded.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are helping people's and organization to solve their computer related problem like software, hardware etc.

What do you like best about the product?

Previously, I have worked with NTT DATA and ,its service desk is so good ,they provide seamless service to their customer. During service if it required for senior authority then manage it immediately.

What do you dislike about the product?

No cons, They provide nice service. If you call service any time, they work it on immediately and try to resolve it soon. You won't feel any harsh behavior of any agent.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

They provide all 360 -related issues across the organization. If you call for any service they will manage to connect the respective team. They instantly raise a reference for tracking purpose.
