Easy to build the dash board and the connectivity pretty fast,

Performance is slow sometimes, it takes time to get refresh the data

BO suite of development tools include with platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP BO support is protective of escalating problem ticket to developer to expedite resolution.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Define standard and QA checklist for all your objects transportation and development. Standardize your authorization hierarchy. Create external monitor to audit your BO environments.

The modules it has and how easy it is to use. User friendly and easy to learn to create queries and run reports

sometimes errors out but it’s very limited and it’s normally because of the filtering

What do you like best about the product?
Different set of tools that BOBJ -BI porivdes as part of the BI Suite. WEBI is a pioneer tool that our users liked a lot, best self-service tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visualization capabilities need to get improved. Hope SAP Lumira 2.0 provide us that capability which we will explore

Sales Data analysis and our Supply Chain Analytics
Very fast and effecient
What do you like best about the product?
Our users are very happy about the product. The have quickly adapted the technology, and we have recently doubled our number of licenses. Very sought after report functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Design and implementing the product was a hassle. Choosing the right infrastructure etc. was not as easy as expected can. even our integrator had different preferences between themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting that used to be manually and tiresome. Now we get it with a click of a button, sort of anyways.

It has all the necessary reporting utilities that are required for the reporting. It can connect to different data sources and bring good reporting in different formats along with mobile

Existing reporting tools works fine. New functionalities or features are added in a slow paced manner.
