Needs more work

What do you like best about the product?
It has cut down on some of our phishing emails and ceo fraud attempts.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still getting a lot of phishing emails and CEO fraud emails to many users. I'm not sure if it needs more detailed configuration or the software isn't as smart at I though it was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users need to be very limited to the amount of phishing and email threats they have been receiving in the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It works to a certain degree. We have a vendor administering the product and I believe it would work better if the company IT Admin would. This way you can keep up with consistent changes and additions. I'm hoping it just needs more time to learn our environment. The last 30 days hasn't been too promising.

What do you like best about the product?
FortiMail is an awesome spam filter that prevents our company from receiving massive amounts of unwanted emails. The best part about it is that once its setup its on auto pilot and it starts blocking the unwanted emails from coming to you
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike that I have would have to be the cost related to the product

Decent Email filter with tons of features and settings

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of features and settings available for email scanning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup can be very cumbersome. Some settings need to be continually tweaked to get the best performance from the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spam filtering. Less spam emails making it to our end users.

What do you like best about the product?
Stopping Cyberthreats and not worrying about our emails being threatened by pesty hackers trying to get into our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to get Fortimail to work properly but once you get there, you can sit back and bask in your glory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are stopping emails that can potentially be harmful to our environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Fortimail is very cost effective and easy to use.
