It worked and balanced the traffic loads, and we can create rules.

It's a bit complicated to set it up and pricy.

It works with our cluster server setup.
Straightforward Load Balancer with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find Progress Kemp LoadMaster straightforward and easy to configure. I also like the performance monitoring tools and built-in templates, which give me a quick glance into virtual service health and connection volumes so I can spot issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Progress Kemp LoadMaster feels dated. It's cluttered and needs built-in guidance for the complex stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Progress Kemp LoadMaster solves issues with uneven traffic distribution and overload, and it gives me a quick glance into virtual service health to spot issues.
Easy to Implement, Enterprise-Grade Value at a Great Price
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to implement. price point is great for an enterprise level solution. easy deployment and management.

Ui hasnt changed since previous generation.

Progress Kemp LoadMaster simplifies traffic management, making it easy for us to manage and adjust configurations internally. As a small company, this reduces our reliance on external vendors and helps us avoid unnecessary changes to existing policies while still maintaining control, stability, and consistency in our environment.
Easy Setup for Basic LB Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
I found the product to be easy to use to set up basic LB functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really complain, for what we're paying the product works, but it's very basic design compared to other produucts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we're using it to LB our Exchange environment coming in. Also using it to do redirects from one URL to a totally different URL.
Intuitive Interface with Efficient Balancing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Progress Kemp LoadMaster is a quite intuitive and easy-to-use tool. Its interfaces are very user-friendly and there is no confusion when using them. Additionally, the initial setup was quite simple and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can improve quite a bit in the way they make contact. Perhaps humanized attention would be better in my view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Progress Kemp LoadMaster to secure applications and balance servers. Solve load balancing issues more easily.
the best maintenance-free device
What do you like best about the product?
The best recommendation is that this device is virtually maintenance-free. It reminds me of when I need to update the software.

I haven't noticed any useless functions that affect the work

Optimal Load Balancing, Needs UI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Progress Kemp LoadMaster for its ability to control when to move users over when a server needs to go down for maintenance. I also appreciate the speed at which users are moved around. The initial setup was mainly straightforward with walkthroughs.

The user interface can be kind of confusing navigating when you’re not used to it.

Progress Kemp LoadMaster connects users to the best available server for optimal performance when processing patient data.

It’s easy to implement and maintain, especially when it comes to applying updates.

Locating the appropriate versions to deploy or update can be confusing at times.

The need to deploy load-balancing services while working within a limited budget.
Simple Configuration and Strong Protections, Need to Improve Logs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of configuration of Progress Kemp LoadMaster and the setup of the equipment. The initial configuration was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part of the logs could be improved. The logs are very simple and do not show much information about the events. Additionally, it would be useful to have default reports that provide more information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Progress Kemp LoadMaster for the WAF and the load balancing of the organization's web pages, solving cybersecurity issues and application protection.
