Best web hosting control panel
What do you like best about the product?
I have worked as Server administrator and was providing support for web hosting servers. I have worked with many hosting control panels and Plesk was extrmely helpful as an admin as well as a user. I recommended Plesk to many of my customers and they are also satisifed with Plesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Plesk has many advances features and basic users may feel it as dificult in the first time and they will realize the real importance when they get familiarized with each features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have tried solving many issues on Plesk servers including mail, database, webserver etc. The benifit I found in Plesk is that it provide very good support for the logs, using which a server admin can found the root cause of the issues and fix it. Also Plesk has very good support documents and it provides fix/solution for various issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Plesk as the best hosting control panel based on its stabiliy and feature rich platform.

The cost of the product is a bit high. Should consider reducing the cost per server.

Managing DNS is a Little Complicated & Also There is no Option to Set Backup on Different Directory in Linux Also PHP Timeout Occur Many times and Due to that Nginx Timeout occurs Frequently.

Most Nginx Gateway Timeout Error & /root Full Issue Due to Backup Goes in /var/lib/psa/dumps

When we talk about the best of the best, we bring to the subject Plesk the most powerful, cost-effective and stable domain and website manager on the market, a power machine when it comes to managing services and web platforms, very light, easy to use, many connection options. and variety of general integrations. A very advanced support service a very detailed documentation and with very easy commands you can do many things quickly and easily with solutions to all types of problems and adapts to all kinds of situations of high or low demand, always ready to give the battle
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to talking about the things they don't like about plesk, we can talk about very simple things such as the customization in its new version to make more branding of the company, but among others its price there is very little difference between the admin web plan and web pro that should make a combination of both plans and unite them since together they would be better, another thing that I do not like is the high cost of many premium applications monthly among which is also that you need to add an SDK for mobiles to be able to connect plesk with native mobile applications or other frameworks and be able to access domains and connect websites as applications and thus give users more alternatives

I always look for a unique alternative to host my websites and be able to manage them from a powerful tool and that is Plesk a tool that can solve all the problems for a person who hosts from a small website to a web application or an e-commerce platform and There is always plesk with the alternatives to provide a unique experience when managing those sites that I do not handle my sites and they are all with plesk because in my opinion it is the best of the best tool making the management of my sites very easy

Horrible SSL management
What do you like best about the product?
I like having an admin panel to manage my server. The panel looks like it can do a lot but really most of the stuff is pretty standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate their lets encrypt built in integration because it never works. My site SSL is always going down, and I am always manually updating it. I tired to migrate the site and the Plesk support could not help me. The facebook community isnt very supportive sure there are docs online but none of those helped me either so if you are running amazon lightsail with plesk you are not getting the full experience. I hear that Plesk on digital ocean works much better with LetsEncrypt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using command lines are a pain in the but for me. I'd rather get a root canal. Even the online instructions on logging in or doing anything with the command line has changed so its not really about following along it is about googling until you can find someone else who had the same problem and solved it before you. Plesk allows me to select different options without having to do command line codes on the server which otherwise I would not be able to operate without it.
