Easy to use and configure, new members of my team quickly pickup the configuration of units

Extremely powerful and thorough network security tools to protect infrastructure and users
What do you like best about the product?
The UTM tools in WatchGuard Network Security are very powerful and can easily be modified to suit your individual security requirements while maintaining the highest possible security levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the security modules take some time to get used to, there are lots of things to bear in mind when configuring them, and thorough training and exams are recommended, even required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Companyies' concerns about their networking security, visibility and vulnerability are addressed by WatchGuard Network Security.

Nothing globaly, but we use only Watchguard fireBox and not MFA + PAnda products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bring security easily to all customers that want security, easy to manage and great with alerts on Watchguard cloud, no need local servers for logs.
It is good for us to complete our offers for a full pannel : Backup / Security / IT / Print.

The management interface which provides real time information for everything. Also the 2 ways of configuration, client and web access.

Not much to think, I would say that spamblocker service needs improvement

Most of all is network security , not just perimeter but internal too. We enjoy 2 factor authentication for VPN and domain internally. Complies with regulations.

Security threats from outside bad actors and basic network security issues

Grat product for the price point with excellent UTM features.
WatchGuard is AMAZING
What do you like best about the product?
WatchGuard is constantly updating their partners and customers with new threat information. Their support team is extremely responsive and helpful - they will literally walk you through how to do something step by step to ensure you set something up properly. Their knowledge base is immense and they are constantly offering trainings and webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't come across anything that I dislike about WatchGuard. Everything from their support team/partner managers, to their knowledge base and products - everything is fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping to reduce the ever-changing threat of cybersecurity. They are constantly researching to find new threats and make sure that their customers are protected from them. They allow us to deploy security devices to our customers at ease as we know they will function as they should.
