SImple to manage, complete services and interfaces. many different appliance available for every king ow workload.

no web interfaces available for the cluster setup. not fully clear load reporting and monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have standardized all our firewall devices in all our network locations. On product fit all architecture. Simplified and centalized management.

Trust their support capabilities, and the real affidability of all watchguard devices

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use gui and simple policies compared to other firewall solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot easily change some firewall rules without starting from a new rule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1st line defence firewall, AV scanning, monitoring and logging, solid vpn connection for our remote workers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use, plenty of guides and help and a community forum for help also.

There are major flaws in our Watchguard tech

With the global pandemic, watchguard allows are employees to securely use a VPN

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of configuration, low total cost of ownership, excellent vendor support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes about WatchGuard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete perimeter network security, application control, gateway anti-virus, intrusion prevention service, multifactor authentication, and recently added their EPDR endpoint security too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are not satisfied with the typical web-based GUI management interface of other mainstream firewalls, contact WatchGuard and ask for a trial.

La versatilidad del Producto es de lo mejor que tiene... Las configuraciones de las reglas son muy intuitivas de realizar a parte de todas las opciones para el control y supervision de las lineas y equipos conectados.
What do you dislike about the product?
En realidad es del producto que tengo ya que aunque puedas tener varias lineas conectadas y realizar valanceo la conexion a la red interna se hace a 1gb y eso limita el ancho de banda total.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pues lo ya comentado arriba que no tiene solucion salvo que escoja un hardware mucho mas ponente... Pero los beneficios en general es la versatilidad que me da de la conexion de varias lineas para realizar y tener varias reglas.

I have found the security very easy to use as an admin and we haven't had any security breaches

The ease of use, I can do everything I need in the policy manager

Nothing that I can think of, it all works as expected

It is very easy to create reverse proxies that keep our systems secure and the speed in which I can make changes in order to ensure the business keeps running

The ease of access and configuration and the integration with Active Directory

That the DLP license is not as complete as other DLP solutions in the market

I can have a full statistics about my workstations and their network activity
Sophisticated but easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
So many of the features are as easy to use as clicking a box. All of the subscription based services update themselves, need very little tweaking right "out of the box".
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the wifi stuff mystifies me yet, but I haven't had time to sit and study it like I should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some normal network security issues that are beyond a simple Netgear or Linksys router. Being able to set up VPNs easily, more security for remote desktop applications and people that work remotely occasionally.
A lot of features that help the compliance of many security certificactions like PCI DSS
