Su soporte técnico, es claro y preciso atundando siempre en cualquier incidencia. POr otro lado , el equipo de preventa es fantástico, nos da la solución que hemos de aplicarle al cliente de forma exacta y precisa, sin tener que dar soluciones que sobrepasen las necesidades

De momento no hay nada que no me guste, su funcionamiento es correcto, la atención es fantástica y el producto es muy profesional, con lo que buscar elementos malos es complicado

Toda el tema de seguridad perimetral en las empresas, en estos días, los ataques a empresas son muchos, y hay que disponer de una seguridad para ello, y Watch Guard nos la da.

El producto es bueno, su funcionamiento es insuperable, la facilidad de implementación es máxima, y el soporte preventa y postventa es muy bueno

Security threats from outside bad actors and basic network security issues

Grat product for the price point with excellent UTM features.
WatchGuard is AMAZING
What do you like best about the product?
WatchGuard is constantly updating their partners and customers with new threat information. Their support team is extremely responsive and helpful - they will literally walk you through how to do something step by step to ensure you set something up properly. Their knowledge base is immense and they are constantly offering trainings and webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't come across anything that I dislike about WatchGuard. Everything from their support team/partner managers, to their knowledge base and products - everything is fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping to reduce the ever-changing threat of cybersecurity. They are constantly researching to find new threats and make sure that their customers are protected from them. They allow us to deploy security devices to our customers at ease as we know they will function as they should.

Their support is excellent, their product is excellent i would not recommend anything better

nothing i am happy with all aspects of Watchguard

Watchguard is solving our Antivirus EDR protection, Program blocking HID firewalls, device blocking and content filtering, it is having a bigger impact on employees doing their work

I would recommend their software completely one of the best on the market

The look and feel of the interface Is no verte friendly as well as the graph un the monitorig options

Easy to use, offline management software is great, continuous development and integration with cloud technologies, excellent threat protection, competitive licensing

there is no integration with azure ad regarding for example authentication with app registration

Effective enterprise perimeter protection and network traffic control

Many Enterprise features likes sdwan, dns Watch, site2site vpn and powerfull logging

Windows app is necessary to manage it and l7 firewall rule missing

Interconnect multiple sites and centralize policies easly
Professional security at an affordable price
What do you like best about the product?
WatchGuard provides advanced network protection at a fairly affordable price. We have confidence knowing that the firewall is always active on our behalf. We plan to use this service long-term.
What do you dislike about the product?
The management screens for the firewall are pretty complex and above my skill level. The good news is that this is the result of a very professional network security system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worry about both someone from outside the system trying to break in, and also, problems that could arise from our employees visiting harmful websites by accident.
Can't fault WatchGuard or any of their products
What do you like best about the product?
WatchGuard firewall devices are superior to any competitor devices we've trialled. We have them in place at dozens of customer sites and they have never failed us. The support is brilliant, the devices are easy to use and the surrounding products (e.g. DNS Watch) are brilliant too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, we've had a few issues but support are always quick to fix it, or raise a feature request on our behalf. The only major thing I've found lacking is lack of websocket support in WebBlocker but this has been raised for us a feature request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our customers secure. We recently rolled out a block against Russian/Belarusian traffic to all our customers using Geo Filtering which helped our customers feel safer with emerging cyber threats.
Great all around Enterprise products!

I love the ease of use and how granular you can make the permissions
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing to dislike about the products!

The ability to detect and block malicious payloads before they enter my network the ability to connect to active directory and push permissions through AD
