What do you like best about the product?
Takes up no room when utilizing browser extension. Fast, efficient, & thorough!

It allows me to monitor my network traffic, in real time, so I know what's going on; these days, one can't be too sure.

Secure and Complete Platform for users who make for it
What do you like best about the product?
This platform has worked in a great way to find a web page that is suitable for what we require, there are many web pages that can encourage us to continue growing as a company and also to make future sales that can be shown thanks to the help of Business Security , that is to say that this program has been an effective tool to maintain security and be able to work at one hundred percent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Service is terrible. You have to fight to get to a tier that can actually solve a problem when things go south..They will make you jump through a lot of log gathering and hoops that rarely fix the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Depending on the application you use this platform its cost varies, it is not a unit cost for all security packages. It is difficult to mark elements as safe, blocking them in real time.
Great visibility for actionable security intelligence.

Reducing our organizational investigation time for positive identified issues, but more importantly it provides a remediation platform to treat identified risks.

It can have an additional control layer for tracking behaviour in real-time more than what it currently have.

Avoid the BitDefender crawl
What do you like best about the product?
I find that BitDefender is overall, quite thorough in its functions and serves up its functions pretty thoroughly, though there are several programs that execute the same tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I find BitDefender to be slow in operation. Having used other platforms for analytics, as well as functions in other programs offered, I think the speed could really be a focus for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While BitDefender has done a good job of monitoring traffic and ensuring I'm well aware of network usage, it's well behind other platforms I've used. Their performance speed really makes them inferior.
Unmatched security for any industry - a MUST!
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps us compliant in our legal industry and most importantly, it keeps our clients personal data safe from potential hackers and creates confidence within our network.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a bit complicated to use and you have to have a specifically qualified individual to help implement it within your network. They do offer onboarding assistance though which makes up for this requirement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are offering a service to immediately protect your network and monitor the activity. It benefits us and our clients by making sure our network is secure and our sensitive information doesn't get into the wrong hands. It provides a level on insurance over our network that is invaluable.
Almost too good
What do you like best about the product?
Bitdefender is a great product. It is almost too good at what it does to the point that it can break things but this is typical of an EDR.
What do you dislike about the product?
The gravityZone interface is not the greatest. It can be tough to find things.

one of the main features is to have access to a secure VPN, this is a plus that other security softwares doesn't offer, the live scanning of sites and alerts of malware are on point.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dislike that there are a limited VPN use and a pay to access to the premium VPN, besides that the pricing could be better for small business and also there was a free version that now is gone

Working with sensitive data and having access to internet is a dangerous combination, bit defender make us feel safer when we use unfamiliar pages. even with the most advanced training about web security, there is always that lack of supervision that bit defender can help us with
Very Smooth Interactive Software
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and it really does what it promises for. No compromise is made in the quality of the product at any stage by far the best security tool that i use

Sometimes we are not very tech savy to understand the whole of the context behind a security protocol so giving up some info on the protocols while those are implemented will be beneficial
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While you are in a high network area there are chances of phishing and hacking and here comes the bitdefender network security so just get it installed and forget about the security everything else will be taken care of
