Dependable and does not bog start up
What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which my desktop loads upon startup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as compatible with mac systems, we have both, as opposed to Windows platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virus scans and alerts for sites deemed unsafe, has given us peace of mind.

Bitdefender Network Traffic Security Analytics is a security solution that monitors your network traffic and alerts you to threats. It has three main functions:

What do you dislike about the product?
it's supposed to block certain sites based on the content they contain, but it doesn't. Instead, it just blocks sites that have been deemed unsafe by the company's security experts. In other words, it blocks a lot of legitimate sites by accident because they contain malware or other kinds of bad stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This kind of security is especially important for businesses who have a lot of sensitive data on their networks but don't have enough IT staff working around-the-clock to monitor them properly (or at all). With Bitdefender Network Traffic Security Analytics, there's no need for additional staff members—you can just set up an automated monitoring system that takes care of everything automatically!

Bitdefender makes quality products that are always top-tier. Knowing that by using a Bitdefender product I have peace of mind my users are protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about the application.

Bitdfender network traffic security analytic detect threats in real-time. Having this at my disposal help my protect my network and users.
Misleading
There is an additional subscription on top of the AWS Marketplace feeds. The service appears to work as intended for the first month, and then you're sent an email explaining that you were under a trial and need to buy an Enterprise license on their site. Waste of time, false marketing.

Unable to integrate more AWS accounts (only 1)
It is frustrating because I like this service quite a lot. It is very easy to deploy and manage but there are quite a few annoyances to deal with.
First off my biggest complaint is that the Gravity Zone console won't allow you to add more than 1 AWS account integration. We manage so many different AWS accounts with hundreds of EC2 and we want 1 centralized console to manage them all, but we can't do that with this.
The console is another annoying thing, it won't let us open anything specific on a new tab. Every time we right click - open in a new tab it opens the main dashboard instead of that specific function.
Very negative experience.... Will look elsewhere.
Well that was a crappy experience.
Tried to download the trial on my EC2 and it gave an error but did not advise what data was a problem.
Tried again and said user already exists.
Tried via web site and could not even find the product.
They need a lot of work.

Convinient and easy setup
BF covered all my needs - it was easy to install it, it helped to protect AWS windows instances. Pricing model was clear and costs were acceptable.

$3,000.00????
When signing up for the free service, you have to authorize initially $250.00. A bit on the high side, but lets see. Then when you do the signup, an email comes from Amazon saying you have authorized $3,000.00. At that point it was time to cancel. Sorry guys, you need to work this out better before I come back to actually try this out.
