Nice experience with zscaler
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best cloud based proxy includes dlp casb and sandboxing solution into a single console
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time the issues with datacenter as failover is not working automatically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing is that it removes the headache of maintaining the physical server
The dashboard is friendly and easy to use

The new dashboard is to easy to use, the way you configure the policies and how you manage GRE tunnels is great.

Sometimes interactive maps dont work properly

Zscaler is easy to install and deploy to company notebooks. It is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes unstable and cause a drop connection issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was benefiting ZIA while I am working from home on my laptop and my cellphone.
