I did not find the product's features to be the most valuable since I feel that its most beneficial point stems from its cheap price range, which satisfied our company's goals in areas like VPN connectivity, virus protection, and cybersecurity.
What needs improvement?
The product has a lot to improve in the area of policy implementation. If our company wants to give a separate policy to a particular client, user or system, it is very difficult to manage it. There is no categorization in the web filter option. If you want to search for a particular content to be blocked in the web filter, the search option is not there. You have to manually choose the option in the tool and then check it.

What do you like best about the product?
GUI Interface and the ease of configuration. It is easy to adapt to numerous hardware devices. The apps add another dimension to security and the ability to see what is happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being in an environment that has mobile users bringing their own devices and using public wifi the pay per device model is difficult to stomach. Over 150 of our licenses are just user's cell phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tunneling, traffic shaping, and more. It is like an eye in the sky. The dashboard on our parter portal allows us to see all of our appliances at once and manage from afar.

Excellent support - always helpful and insightful when I have specific customer problems I need to solve

A few struggles since the Arista buyout, but still a happy customer so far so good ...

The remote management portal makes working on my customer's needs easy and provides single pane of glass to see how our installed base of NG Firewall is doing.

I like the features and flexibility. We have the ability to build a custom box and run the software on it. We also have the ability to purchase hardware/appliances ready to go.

I don't like the dated interface. It could be polished up
