Very Poor service by Cogito for annotation
I had a terrible experience with Cogito for my annotation service. Their initial communication was good, and I wanted to proceed with them for the annotation job. They promised to finish the annotation within a week. I GOT NO REPLY when I started emailing them about the pilot annotation. It's been over a month since I submitted a request for demo annotation, and I still didn't get my annotation—also, no reply to my emails. They do not have the courtesy even to inform that they can not complete or there will be a delay. This is by far the most terrible company I have come across.
I will not recommend Cogito for an annotation job based on my personal experience.

High quality labeling, iterative process with insight
We worked with Cogito on a large dataset for machine learning. Cogito had the best result when we ran the pilot with several vendors. When we ran into accuracy issues, the team identified the issue, retrained the workforce several times, improved the labeling process and fixed the issues each time. The communication was fast and effective. The project was very successful, let alone the reasonable pricing! Would work with them again and highly recommend!
