What do you like best about the product?
The seamless synchronization between SSIS and Alation significantly enhances data discovery and governance. the intuitive interface and robust metadata management features make it easy to catalog, tag and search data assets, ultimately improving data processing efficiency and collaboration within out team

The initial setup process can be challenging due to version compatibility issues and the cost which might be high for smaller organizations.

It helps to solve data integration, governance, and discovery challenges, improving data management efficiency and compliance.

I can quickly move all of the customer relationship management and medical information with the aid of this app, and I might utilise store procedures to generate information and dim tables.

Presently We have not encountered any kind of issue.

In essence, this application facilitates the easy transformation and migration of my data as a data engineer. I'm constructing information and dim table utilising store prodcedure through this application. It's effortless to implement.

Previously we were using talend but we were facing scalability isses for our services most of our use is loading huge amount of data to extract Information for our client MIrcosoft SQL integartion services are scalable and are reliable than talend

Tool for sql server query and Data migration
What do you like best about the product?
While querying our SQL server it was the goto tool to create stored procedures, table or query any table from any database. It provides good ui and is easy to get started. With ssis we can query create logics and export the result into csv for data analysis and even this is good for on prem sql servers for data migrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many things need to do manually it's really hard to create any automations there. I remember in one scenario where we need to export 100's of table as csv so need to do that one by one, was unable to create any automations to do it at one shot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly for this no extra learning required if you know sql and have worked on any of its tool before you're good to go. Compared to oracle developer i find this way helpful and easy to work. Features offered by ssis are really good and once you work on it if you switch to another you'll miss it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before all this cloud data migration tool people used to work on ssis for data migration data analysis and SQL query. If you working on sql server you must try this out it's really provides small features which are really helpful at the same time impactful.
