Great OS for production environments
What do you like best about the product?
Very stable and secure OS and easy to install and configure applications on RHEL.
What do you dislike about the product?
The size of the OS huge making it a heavy machine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OS is very secure and is stable making the applications reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
It is productive and very light also commands are almost same as every Linux OS and more likely it supports almost all of commands as same
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity, some commands do not work as they should
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Variety of problems, like upgrading dbs and mostly every integration is with this is only that's why it's easy to solve using.

Best this is the light weight os and their seamless support

Sometime their patches not supported by our application.

Red hat is solving the problem of hosting and application or database in the operating system.
Secure and user friendly Linux OS
What do you like best about the product?
Mostly worked on Terminal. Like the interface and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. Im Linux person. Need to login as root every time to execute files. Its actually a good thing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Telephony Adapter run on it. Also used for setting up Mail server as well as Web Server.

What do you like best about the product?
RHEL is just a very efficient flavour of linux that I would recommend for enterprise use. There is a reason why every organization is using RHEL as their choice of linux OS.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be a little difficult for normal end users who are used to using Windows instead of Linux so the learning curve might be a little steeper. However, i think this can be learnt in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using RHEL os to use as our syslog-ng server. Also, RHEL os has better performance than windows os in terms of speed and ease of use. So in some way or another it has definitely improve the business process

we are using this OS to host Application which are used for offering Networking services to enterprise clients and internal users.

It's dynamic and versatile for our changing needs. It's evolution has given us the tools we need to succeed.

its installation isn't the smoothest and applications choices are limited but web server apps and custom software makes the platform sing.

We needed an affordable and scalable web server. Linux fits the bill

It's user friendly os and it's more secured
Easy to patch , will get good vendor support from redhat.we can use container in redhat that's easy to manage compared to other platforms

Sometimes while installing the packages we may see the error that is usual.but fix will not apply for all servers.i beleive redhat 8.1 overcome those issues, it looks to be stable

It's easy to patch and more user friendly
We can do containersation and we can do more cron jobs and automation by using rundeck,shell scripting, puppets, ansible etc

It's a top operating systems for business. Bulit in security features and profiles. It can reduce risk and better maintain compliance. End to end encryption and portable environment.

Difficult to find distributions of Linus where you have vendor support. Poor open source support for some hardware. Lack of commercial support and compatibility issues.

Organizations can reduce risk and better maintain compaliance. Stability and reliability, security, custimizability and cost effectiveness. It's an open source operating system.

Nothing as such just for the first time user person need to learn alot of things
