Review of Red Hat Enterprise Linux

  • December 10, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The stability and robust of this OS distribution is a must for a big working environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to request support there are some limitations. Nothing you can not find on web forums but, it always good to feel backed up or supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a bunch of legacy and in house applications running on this Linux distro. Most of those application were built more than a decade ago, and to have the availability to update to a new version withing the same distro, makes the end user experience the same without impacting theirs. We keep the app look and feel while using recent versions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This OS Linux Distro has been very usful for my organization, it has offers me a stable environment to run some in house application and from others vendors.
