User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Using the OS is very user-friendly as it provides GUI as well as a command line interface to the customers. Working on large set of file is incredibly awesome as with command line we can easily do all kind of activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that there are several applications that are usefully and available on Microsoft windows but they can't be used on Redhat Linux. The community should work more to help us with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being and open source environment is solving the biggest issues as with Microsoft windows it is very tough to customize things and the command line is also not user friendly.

Easiness in Management and Installation. Also latest patches and updates are already taken care of

Pricing can be reduced by a bit. Otherwise the system is safe and robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized server management with robust security that is built into the system kernal. Thereby it reduces the possibility of threats and keeps the system safe from crashing by balancing the application load.

The best part of using Redhat Linux is we got support from Redhat side and if any issue is there that can be resolved by them.
As it is a licensed version so anyone can easily trust and It will be very good in terms of RAM/Storage consumtions if you compare with Windows.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think Redhat linux system is bigger in size so it consumes a lot of space sometimes. Also in intial days person needs to learn a lot of things for Redhat like how to use it

Redhat Enterprise linux is a secured linux operating system and they are offering their services at affordable rates and They are solving Automation problem in Linux system by their own tool Ansible it will benifit in terms of Productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Red hat for the last four years, and I must say that this is one of the best operating system i have ever used. no security and hanging issue at all. now i do not want to for a long while updating my system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI can be better but most of my work is regarding CLI so i am ok with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's good when used for website hosting. i used another Operating system too, but the red hat is one of the best for managing the task.
Experience in using RHEL in Server
What do you like best about the product?
Being a Redhat Certified Engineer, to me almost everything, from widgets to config files to server creation and cluster build up is awesome.

There is nothing particular that I dislike about RHEL

Red hat Enterprise Linux provides us with adequate after-sales technical support as and when we had required in the EE Lab. We have become more productive by using the Operating System.
RHEL is the most secure and professionally maintained Linux ever.
What do you like best about the product?
It has a simple interface that is easy to access and does not cause hardware constraints. It is secure and has excellent support systems to get help if any problems arise. RHEL is a perfect choice for servers as the system needs almost no downtime for basic stuff. RHEL is also the first choice for software like Cadence. The community forums have experts from all sorts of fields and are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say here at all. Except that the code isn't fully open and costs money to maintain, there isn't much of a downside. CentOS is an alternative that has many of the same features but is free and completely accessible by the community, GPL license and everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webservers need to be secure. While the usual Linux PC world is relatively safe, the same amount of security is generally insufficient for web servers hosting critical information for businesses and services. Softwares like RHEL make the process of securing a server like that much easier compared to that of a usual run-of-the-mill Ubuntu server.

What do you like best about the product?
RHEL provides the consistent, high performance, stable platform in a very cost effective way as compared to Microsoft OS. Perform very well for cloud services development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training courses, documentation and certification is expensive and I think it requires better user-friendly GUI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Performance and stability is best in this OS and support from red hat is excellent. Runs our high use servers flawlessly.
