Review for Red Hat Enterprise Linux
What do you like best about the product?
RHEL is very stable and for RHEL its security is priority which includes its selenium enhanced linux feature which gives several access controls.
For me i found its very easy to use and implementation is quite simple if you follow the steps correctly. It also provides comprehensive support services, including 24/7 support for critical issues which makes it very easy for enterprise companies.
i have used it during my tenure at cisco frequently for trainning purpose and also appeared for exam. Integration as i mentioned is very easy. i will highly recommend RHEL.

What do you dislike about the product?
Few things that i would like to mention:
1. If you are new to RHEL then the command help which is given in linux is not bery helpful for a beginner to understand .
2. The subscription fees is on higher side which makes it difficult to use for an indivisual users or small companies.
3. Sometimes you might feel the support services are slow but it depends.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
>>The main problem that it is solving is in the field of security, there are so many vulnerabilities nowsdays that can lead to problems, RHEL provides advanced security features such as SELinux, security patches, and proactive vulnerability management which is very useful.
>>RHEL has high uptime and reliability, so in that way it is providing a stable platform for running critical applications and services which is a problem for normal operating systems as they have frequent downtime.

Using RHEL 9
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about RHEL so far is the stability. I haven't had any system crashes or app lockups since I've been using it. The install process was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really locked down security wise compared to Windows. It's hard to accomplish simple things like renaming files using the GUI. As an IT administrator I often have to work on system files and it would be nice to just be able to sign in as an administrator and not have to type my password in every time I need to make a change to a sytem file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it as a web server for our knowledge base product. It has been working smoothly.

What do you dislike about the product?
tmux is baked in to our setup now and I dont like that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Supporting Oracle database in a HA environment
