Greatly reduced the number of questionnaires received.
What do you like best about the product?
Our Whistic profile saves us so much time in that it has greatly reduced the number of questionnaires and security calls required of our team. All of our info is in one place and ready to share. Our sales team loves it as does the security team. The vendor management side of the platform makes onboarding and ongoing risk management a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much of anything I dislike about Whistic. I do wish that all of our vendors had a profile in their catalog. Sometimes getting some companies to respond to the questionnaire requests can be a pain, but they are actively working on adding companies to their already robust trust catalog.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client security reviews can be terribly time-consuming. Whistic helps cut down on that time by a lot. We can share our security profile even before being asked for the info. Our company has multiple pre-filled questionnaires ready to go so we do not have to fill out a new one most of the time. Our policies and certifications are ready for review by our customers or prospects. We'd often have to sit in on multiple security calls explaining our posture, but now just sharing our Whistic profile makes that unnecessary.
Third-party vendor management is also a time-consuming endeavor. Chasing down SOC 2 reports and getting questionnaires back can be a hassle. Whistic's trust catalog makes information gathering and review so simple.

What do you like best about the product?
By streamlining the review and value processes, we can free up our time to focus on improving the quality of vendor management and refining our ability to measure its effectiveness. This data collection is efficient and reliable; it ensures that the responses come from legitimate users. In addition, with Whistic, all project contributors can quickly and easily work together on their answers, enabling them to respond faster to RFPs with greater accuracy and consistency.

What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to export questions with replies for the bulk update restricts users from efficiently updating queries and responses in bulk, as they must manually input any desired changes one at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Whistic Assess and Historic Profile features allow us to identify vendors with the highest risk profiles and better manage the vendor onboarding process. Additionally, we can now capture an audit log detailing most changes made to vendor records in the Vendor Catalog. With these new capabilities, we are able to significantly reduce the risk associated with the onboarding process by ensuring all vendors meet our security and compliance requirements.
Intuitive and well thought out.
What do you like best about the product?
I've used a lot of different platforms for third-party assessments, and I can confidently say Whistic is the best one.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit complex to figure out how to do internal assessments. I am not entirely sure if this is one of the goals of the tool, but I can see it being used in the same way that you assess third parties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Third-party assessment is very easy to track. The automatic recurrence on assessments makes it easy to schedule your due diligence assessment piece, so there are lots of different ways that Whistic takes the manual steps out of the process.
Great tool for Vendor Management!
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very user friendly and great for collaborating with business units.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have the extend of cyber security monitoring that we were expecting, but the risk recon feature is an added plus.

This solution is filling a gap in our Third-Party Risk Management program by incorporating automation and workflow to the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Whistic's easy-to-use interface is a pleasure to use. It removes the stress from managing our vendors. This Risk Recon score and the breakdown by domain are super helpful.

There's a lack of a threat monitoring and intelligence reporting presence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whistic's trust catalog is set up wonderfully. The ability to quickly obtain a complete profile of vendors has saved us so much time.

The appearance is good. Content are rich enough. No lags detected. Easy to find relevant requirements. Student friendly as well as researcher friendly interface. Great 👍

As of now, I have not find anything to dislike. Everything is working seamlessly. More tabs can be added for better search options. Rest is really good. Great experience.

For risk managements, it's the primary tool to be used. In my case, it's been so benefiting as it removed any fear of any kind of loss or mismanagement because of it's great coverage areas.

They have templates for questions that helps to track way faster the vendors and evaluate them also the whistic catalog

To consolidate the information everything is in one place which makes it tricky for audits or inter process

Protecting important data, standardized processes which therefore increases trust nad security with the customer
Deeper insights into vendors in shortened time frame
What do you like best about the product?
Gone are the days of collaborating in offline files and Jira tickets. Instead, all stakeholders can collaborate directly in the tool and automatics notify us when a vendor renewal is required. These enhancements have cut the time spent on vendor reviews by more than half. Whistic has not only streamlined our vendor security reviews; but, has also presented our team with more data to make informed decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Today, Whistic's tooling does not allow customizable fields when issuing an NDA. While this has presented some obstacles within our organization, the feature is slated to be enabled in CY22 Q2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With more data and a streamlined view into vendor response, our team is able to ask informed questions and make informed decisions regarding the vendors we contract.
Saves me an incredible amount of time
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Whistic is when I receive an email from partners asking complicated legal and security questions (or RFPs), and in response, I send them a Whistic link, and presto, the problem is solved. Prior to having Whistic, that response could be weeks in the making trying to manage a seemingly endless email thread of cross-functional support.
What do you dislike about the product?
To my knowledge, it only allows one profile per client organization. It hasn't been an issue yet, but it would be nice to allow more log-ins for my partners.

Removing involving leagal and security teams from the RFP and standardized questions.

Whistic allows our team to easily track and manage our entire catalog of vendors (of all sizes), including those actively in use, prospective, and inactive. The ability to use the bulk upload feature saves us multiple hours each week by seamlessly applying updates to hundreds of vendor records!
