Automation Anywhere does everything like its name
What do you like best about the product?
It provides the best user friendly UI and interface. Coding in the tool is really fast and anyone with little to zero programming knowledge can also create a bot to automate a process. Using the tool of Automation Anywhere we can automate web based and windows process really easily. It is time saving and provides a lot of traction. It is very cost effective and can be scaled out on a very large scale without any problem. It provides the best in class IQBots to automate PDF and Image documents. The best bits of Automation Anywhere lies in the security aspects of it. We dont have to worry about the security of our company information while using Automation Anywhere. Also one of the best strengths of Automation Anywhere is Metabots which are very efficient in reading the web content. It can run scheduled tasks anytime by using powerful task scheduling, which can run even if the computer is locked and easily manage automated processes across a single machine or multiple machines. Lastly the feature I found which was really great is drag and drop which can do 500+ commands so no need to type the code again and again.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such there is nothing which I dislike but there may be some areas which can be improved for a better experience. The integration with APIs can be improved and sometimes the OCR can be a little annoying as it doesnot work as expected and has limited usability. CR management is another area which can take a little bit of improvement. Debugging the code is often exhausting on the developer as I have to continuously go to use error handling and message box to map errors so the debugging part can take some overhaul. Lastly I had some problems is getting set up with virtualized environments using Automation Anywhere so it would be better if thats improved in the upcoming versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used automation anywhere in SAP to automate mail monitoring and separating date in various csv files to automatically send them to different receivers at the same time with almost 100% accuracy. I also used it for automating report creation in citrix, monitoring the health of various systems and alerting the required teams by automated mails. I am also using it for automating invoice submission for web based and desktop applications . I have also created some bots to automate and ease my day to day mundane tasks so I can have my full attention to my work.

What do you like best about the product?
I recently worked on a smart capture invoice payment solution. It involved OCR data extraction, web recording for data entry and email automation. Automation Anywhere RPA provided a ready-made platform with easy accessibility via search and seamless integration with business process management solution. I recommend AA RPA to every enterprise seeking to automate its rule-based, repetitive tasks while reducing cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not experienced any downside, if something does not work, I probably haven't really learnt how to do it, all I have to do is search online or connect with Automation Anywhere Community people, who are always willing to help. Automation of my organisation's finance project such as finance reconciliation, invoice processing and payment, portfolio management and customer onboarding.
A must try if you are looking for RPA solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, very user-friendly web app with all the required automation tools . Easy to deploy using AWS or other clouds makes it a robust fit for organizational needs. Best features like Records, Scrappers and Task and Report Designers has been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the features are good, and not much of its required and but for beginners its hard to understand the interface and I would say it could be better for learning to build a test bot, if he is news, as he got no idea. So some tutorials or demos can really work out !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly focus on testing our Applications and APIs using this Automation tool. The Drag and Drop tool is really great and saves a lot of time, otherwise in coding manually. Also the reports that we get for analyzing had really been worth spending time at. Utilizing Automation Anywhere has helped automating our API testing and also offered vast use cases, which I doubt we would have realized earlier. Solves lot of problems !

If you are looking for a no-code automation platform which is a cloud based you should definitely checkout Automation Anywhere as it has all the solutions and very easy drag and drop solutions with various techniques and features that can be really helpful, especially if you want to get things faster. Best part it has a community edition to try out ! If you want or based on your requirements you can then upgrade to Enterprise.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use drag and drop/none coding based editor workflow designer. Browser based editor that needs no installation of software on user end is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The element locators are sometimes hard to find. A better solution like using xpath and regular expression to identily elements will greatly help and make AA , a better software. If you can eliminate the agent installation and if i'm able to run directly on any machine, that will greatly enhance the product usability. Linux and Mac OS support will help too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Health insurance claims processing. We automate the complete manual process of backend claims processing with AA tool. This increases the productivity and completely eliminates the manual intervention in the workflow.

AA is a definite try if you're looking for digitising the work process and save costs. Avoid manual work and improve human resource utilitsation.

I would recommend AA because it is user friendly, easily scalable and continuos to evolve.

Automation anywhere is user friendly, that is to say very easy to use. Naturally solution architect competences are required but all over once the setup is done it's easy to use.
Furthermore, I've seen in the 3 year experience with Automation that the product continuous to evolve so it's really exciting to see what will come next.

The response to eventual bugs or enhancements that we open is not immediate. Infact I have several enhancements that are open from 2020 that are still in processing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company we are using Automation in multiple areas such as banking, automative, other services companies. So the type of processes that we automate are very vast. In banking I would say that financial services are the most automated until now. In automative, we go from optimizing logistics to handling administrative activities.
