Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool with no code Technology. Its really don't need coding knowledge. if you have good process knowledge then you automation end to end.
What do you dislike about the product?
when we process date what kind of security is provided by automation anywhere when we work with sensitive data (confidential data) allow permission tight security like multi factor authentication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I automate 1 process through this tool Task 1-allocate work to my teammates with mail notification
Cloud and web for enterprise A2019 just gets me

It cloud based for enterprise, makes it ideal for scaling and easy recording process.

Few robots I can use with the community edition.

Mostly financial businesses and Han resource.

What do you like best about the product?
Covers almost all business and personal needs, with comprehensive tools to automate the most complex and lengthy scenarios with ease. The best part is that it's constantly being updated with features, improvements, and optimizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a programmer, I found the drag-and-drop workflow very easy to use but limits my abilities to perform and design as a programmer would. This is a compromise I have to work with and around as the platform is also directed towards business users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a personal perspective, day-to-day tasks that are just repetitive and time-consuming. For our business clients, we were able to provide great value in assisting users in some lengthy and complex processes with attended automation, as well as unattended processes.

The quality of the content and material provided on the portal is very easy to understand and with very attractive content

The mobile application version of automation anywhere is having some issues and crash sometimes in between

What do you dislike about the product?
I think some features can still be improved:
- Discovery Recording is really powerfull but sometimes not start immediately, depend on the browser
- New AARI module lack a little in term of global visibility and monitorability of the process
- New AARI module miss a view BPMN like that could be useful to set up the process inside a team

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of AA is ease of coding and it's flexibility of coding which helps us to achieve our complex automation result. I was new to RPA when I started using AA as fresher in 2018 and in starting I was very curious about RPA. But the ease of coding and power of AA helped me a lot to achieve my professional goal and career hike also.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are multiple things which personally I wanted to be changed in updated version and this is what exactly happened. But still I want one more thing needs to be added in A2019 which is Parallel Processing (like UIPath). Once I was working with Java application and AA was unable to capture elements using taskbot while in metabot elements are available but it was not working properly, so please provide any solution for Java applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in Travel domain, so here we are creating bots like Automated Refund Processing, Automated Booking System, Automated Fare Calculator. Above bots is solving problem like error free refund processing, booking and fare calculation and all these things is happening without any help of manual team. And for one project we have extracted data from all required application and that data will be passed to a ML algorithm for baggage loss process, in this baggage loss is handled by finding loss prone area and then evaluating bag movement at each step automatically.

User friendly automation tool

11.x version was very developer and user friendly and used to take less time to develop bots and was easier to deploy explain customers,
In A2019 there are more commands and there are many inclusion of office tools and other business tools which gives a wide perspective of automation in many business aspects

A2019 is time consuming to develop and is much more complex from a developer and end user point of view, Could be home application for developers like 11.x rather than cloud based

Repetitive, formula based works which involves less cognitive and human interruptions are ideal for automation

It helps me like an pro to work place with such an efficient way to retrieve data process it and also do analytics with it what an awesome tool I have ever used till.
I started my usage from my college days where we had an interesting training from AA team and from then it created an spark on me that any body can work on with it; still you can see even at my office life I use it.

The dashboard is user-friendly but its not that damn good looking. I am biggest fan of its Version 11.0v but this A2019 dashboard looks are disturbing.
A2019 sound to fulfilled with technologies but still its ease of access and easy working compared to V11.0 makes it hard to work on with.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently used for a De-carbonization project where we are doing analytics of our global office's Power consumption data. Most of the rural part of our Global units are paper based data bills and AA IQ Bot was implemented for collecting power consumption data from it.

I strongly recommend Automation anywhere since because it is really an Product worth of Spending money. It has its varied usage and of course the need of the hour technology implemented with it.

- However, the tutorial videos are quite useful but eventually are not enough to clear the final certification exam
- The modules are quite a lot but they can be more simplified.
- The support can be more enhanced keeping the new releases to be more competitive in the market.

We are using this too to migrate HR data from a legacy system to a Workday system. Replacing this with UiPath & Blueprism
