What do you like best about the product?
A2019 is Web and its very It is really pleasant and comfortable to work with

sometimes there are problems with hebrew

i developed SAP bot for enter data, create image by url of strings,system for managing orders for COVID vaccine

What do you like best about the product?
Automating the same process itself is the best thing, which will reduce our repeated work

It is little bit slow, and it should be robust
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is separate group which used to do the same work of assigning the tickets, with the help of this human effort have been reduced a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about AA2019 is the Advance Ui, Easily you can learn about all packages, Drag & drop is very good compare to other RPA platforms, Deployed in Cloud only take storage for Bot agent, New features like AARI and Discovery Bot, Easy to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i dislike about AA2019 is that it takes more time to run and deploy a bot compare to AA11. Sometimes we get an error that doesn't clearly mention what is the error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I am working in an organization, we work to automate client problems most of them it is like download the attachments from email separate pdf with other documents and than uploading those documents to IQ Bot get the Meta data and upload the data to client platform.
The benefits I have realized is that we are implementing the bot with less number of codes including error handling codes, we have all the packages we needed and even more than that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
First of all it's easy to use and learn, even a person who doesn't have RPA background can learn and implement bots using AA, Ui is great , ML and NLP implemented in IQ Bot is awesome even iQ bot can process worst quality documents that normal Python OCR is unable to do. By using AA2019 you can implement Bot with less number of code compare to other platform. You can get to know about each command by just hover the cursor over the command which i have never found in any other RPA platform.

RPA at it Best

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud Version of A2019 Creator. Option to use Custom Package. Robust Queueing System, AARI and Custom Forms. Easy to Setup Infra.
What do you dislike about the product?
Testing/debugging time is more and can be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Automation Anywhere Version 11 and A2019 to automate most of the processes for our HealthCare client. Automated most of the steps in Claim Adjudication process like pre work, Duplicate claim identification, Edit resolution and many more. Within one year of production we have realized 2 Million savings and 80 plus reduction in FTE. On the Front office side we have automated Provider and Dental call where Bot takes care of action performed on multiple application during calls with just few input from Agent. Post automation there was potential reduction in AHT and excellent improvement in Quality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend Automation Anywhere Platform for both Back Office and Front Office.

What do you like best about the product?
Very Much Business Friendly
Learning Portal gives a walkthrough of the entire product offerings
Easy to Use and develop bots
IQBOT is really intelligent
Universal Recorder
Control room is self explanative
Discovery Bot is very useful for straight through processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Bot Repository in a2019 is a bit messy
On Cloud bot creator sometimes is very much laggy
Basic OCR coming out of the box with a2019 is not very much accurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving redundant manual efforts in Mortgage and Healthcare claim adjudication.
Using Universal recorder solves most of the straight through processes and clubbing it with IQ bot really makes process intelligent

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is novice friendly, and helps understand it in terms of applying to out work projects. I also like that it was a very interactive course.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I didn't like was that some of the points were really dragged on for a while even though the concept was understood already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have understood how I can go about applying RPA in my work and how that will save up a lot of utilized hours by resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend taking your time with the course and understanding concepts in depth, it will help in applying your knowledge.
