RPA is easy to design and adapt into multiple workflows in meeting the conditions

I don't see any issues to call as dislikes

I do use AA RPA on all the ITIL Processes which does yield major quality delivery focus and improved SLA's and reduced manual effrots

It's a very handy tool to use and adopt most of the administrative and task reporting. validation, remediation actions that can be performed very effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
The term which fascinates me about Automation Anywhere is the fact that its a futuristic and very advanced and its always joy to work on. The tools of Automation Anywhere will help someone to design something more unique than that of traditional coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing which i am not liking about Automation Anywhere- RPA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have developed bots on real time challenges. Such as- i have developed couple of bots on result analysis and gst filing out of which for one i got first prize (2,50,000/-) in hackathon Bangalore.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will definitely recommend Automation Anywhere to every individual who is interested to learn new technologies and new things. It will help to automate so many processes that involves business processes as well as individual processes.

The step by step understanding and exams provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything was well and fine and nothing I see needs to be changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do have a lot of static processes that need to be done on weekly and daily basis, which would definitely be eased with AA as there is no human choices involved.

Easy to use interface and its ability to adapt, powered by AI. Various metrics available at the click of a button. Tool offers the maximum data security which is paramount in earning client's approval

Addition of bit more error handling techniques would be helpful. Price is on the higher end, lowering it a bit so that its affordable to smaller organizations also would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating repetitive work in our organization. Making sure that the automated scenarios are adapting to the changes the application is going through as well. From developers point of view, it addresses the unit testing and for testers, regression scenarios, sanity test cases and health check scenarios are being automated through Automation Anywhere - RPA.

It is the most widely-deployed platform amongst all other. This platform provides capabilities to automate complicated operations in businesses that are usually performed by humans. This RPA vendor is progressing at a fast pace and its future seems bright.

It is a centralized control and management layer that handles Bot Creators (creation of bots) and Bot Runners (bot execution). Coming to architecture, there is client-server based architecture in Automation Anywhere while there is cloud-based architecture in UiPath. When compared to traditional ways of automation, RPA is considered a full-fledged automation system and can be quickly implemented. In traditional automation, the machines perform the tasks and steps of operational processes. In RPA, automation is related to the front-end of the systems and is carried out without the need to move to the back-end. Traditional automation requires manual intervention from time-to-time as it only works on the programmatic instructions given. On the other hand, RPA is a self-managing way; it mimics user actions and takes decisions cognitively to perform actions. Due to limitations in the programming languages in the traditional automaton, it is difficult to automate complex systems. However, in RPA, there is a lesser dependency on the system architecture.
Though, RPA will never replace the traditional automation techniques completely, yet, it is highly preferred in most industries. It is easily scalable and cost-effective investment in the long run.

We have seen an overview of Automation Anywhere. It is fastest to scale and secure by design. This user-friendly tool is already being used by several medium and large-sized organizations for automating their data entry and mundane tasks. It saves time and cost on manpower to a great extent. Healthcare organizations use it for forms processing, inventory management, digital invoice generation, etc.

Few things more need to be handled by ROBO and it should be little bit fast

There is separate group which used to do the same work of assigning the tickets, with the help of this human effort have been reduced a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about AA2019 is the Advance Ui, Easily you can learn about all packages, Drag & drop is very good compare to other RPA platforms, Deployed in Cloud only take storage for Bot agent, New features like AARI and Discovery Bot, Easy to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i dislike about AA2019 is that it takes more time to run and deploy a bot compare to AA11. Sometimes we get an error that doesn't clearly mention what is the error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I am working in an organization, we work to automate client problems most of them it is like download the attachments from email separate pdf with other documents and than uploading those documents to IQ Bot get the Meta data and upload the data to client platform.
The benefits I have realized is that we are implementing the bot with less number of codes including error handling codes, we have all the packages we needed and even more than that.

First of all it's easy to use and learn, even a person who doesn't have RPA background can learn and implement bots using AA, Ui is great , ML and NLP implemented in IQ Bot is awesome even iQ bot can process worst quality documents that normal Python OCR is unable to do. By using AA2019 you can implement Bot with less number of code compare to other platform. You can get to know about each command by just hover the cursor over the command which i have never found in any other RPA platform.
