It is just the thing that every developer need

Maybe a few more functionalities can be added when it comes to image based triggers.

I basically use it for the thing which it was primarily built for. To do repetitive tasks which doesnt require any human thinking.

This RPA depends on the person coding the bot and there are some reviews that say that the RPA interface is not as easy to understand as others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
processing unstructured data, looking for inferences, and providing the processed data to the user. Regarding the ease of installation, this RPA also has an added value as it is suitable for most of the software you already have on the system

What do you like best about the product?
It's amazing to be able to use an automation software that is very user -friendly and meets all your requirements. It lets you use options required to automate your everyday tasks that are time consuming. I like how the interface is simple and keeps it to the point and can be used by non-coders as well. An easy drag and drop feature lets you work with repetitive tasks like invoice processing to updating your inventory. It can be used with tasks in various sectors from retail to HR and is flexible with how you'd like your tasks to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a top competitor in the automation market, the pricing can be broken down to several plans keeping the audience in mind. Additional features with respect to SAP can be introduced. Nevertheless, a great product keeping in mind it's for a user with limited coding knowledge.

I have used Automation Anywhere to eliminate the mundane task of data entry. AA lets the user choose how the data should be processed and repeats the same action using intelligent OCR technology.
I have been working more than 5 years with Automation anywhere tool and automated 50 plus usecases.

Automation anywhere is easiest to learn from any other RPA tool in the market.
2019 has all the features which we were lacking in 11th version.. It just needs to be more stable.
A2019 has custom package built functionality which is very helpful to solve most of the problems which was difficult previously versions. And having collaboration with google, Microsoft gave so much strength to A2019. Which is amazing.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing in this tool A2019 fulfill all the criteria only thing I find difficulty in migration it from 11 version to a2019.
It needs more stability though.
IQ bot is still very expensive so most of the client don't want it to use. These are few things which i personally dislike.Otherwise its a very handy and easy to use tool that's still since 5years i'm working with this tool.

I have automated 50 plus use cases for the different clients. Clients benefitted by the millions.
I have realized multiple benifits - business got lot of FTE work automated.
It's working 24/7 with accuracy of 95%.
Now we are dealing with unstructured documents where we are leveraging IQ bot funcionality of AA

Bot Code is stored over Cloud, so the latest code is always available at all times
Instant web-based deployment that enables you to start developing bots quickly
No dependency of working Desktop, if Business applications are available in other desktops then we can resume development from there by login into Control Room

Limited Access in Community Environment to execute the API calls and Productivity Packages due to unavailability of Bot Runner Role

Problem-related to different domains where the manual task can be replaced with Bot such as Data Entry, F&A relate worksLedger entry creation based on information received over email or other Applications, reconciliation of ledgers etc. In terms of benefit by doing automation we have increased the overall productivity and reduced the Human involvement and no# of people required to process the same

AA is one of the leading RP A product for the latest Cloud-based technologies and miles ahead of other in terms of Clod based infrastructure. So if you are looking for long term and future ahead then A2019 is the Tool to be prefered.

What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing which helped me more is handling the semi structured data inputs provision. Previously we have the scenarion with other RPA providers and finally ended with Automation Anywhere because of its flexibility to handle the semi structured data.
Also object cloning is also one of my feature because of its flexibility of connecting and extracting data from various sources

there are many bots available in the store but i think there is no proper documentation for most of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we used to eliminate the manual effects by automating the regular activities. Hence we used to automate the activities like extraction of data from various sources and keeping in a required location which is used for analysis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it would be better if there is better documentation for the BOT which are available and also enhancing Cloning related things
