The licensing issues are a bit off and everything apart from it seems good.

The speed and agility with which it works. I've worked on excel automation using Selenium but the speed, accuracy and simplicity provided by AA is second to none.

What do you like best about the product?
Bots - a simple and powerful script, can be built easily with more user friendly interface. But to automate difficult manual repetitive tasks, which saves lot of time and effort

For now nothing. May be the UI it has all the options. if we want to do some similar bots, i had to gothrough same steps again and again

In my Current project, everytime we do UAT, we had to configure our 36 apps manually by entering the configuration details. Automation anywhere bots helped us to save lot of time and effort, and helped to increase prouctivity, reduced time to market.

AA RPA doesn't work well with older version of server client based of ERP and also does not work very well with Remote Desktop.

Must do a POC. The demo video may looks impressive and easy to implement but in actual fact it may different depend on the complexities of the case. The POC also must prove AA is able to work with your existing technology such as Remote desktop or client server based application.
