Great tool to automate simple tasks at low cost.
What do you like best about the product?
It is software that serves to automate tasks and is easy to use and has a solid interface, and the commands are as simple as drag and drop. I like web data mining, and cognitive bots like IQ Bots provide a great experience. I also like that it is inexpensive and that it offers a free trial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's very good and easy to use for the most part, and it doesn't have many downsides except that it was somewhat confusing at first, and we had issues that were resolved by tech support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a brilliant tool. We manage to solve repetitive and transactional processes from acquisitions to automation; we also extract data and solve errors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is easy to use; anyone can do it and get used to it. I recommend it.
Automating repetitive processes has become a necessity for us
What do you like best about the product?
I like the structure, and the template of this tool is excellent; it is easy to understand, and I like it more than any other RPA because it has no coding and it is easy to understand the flow of our process. It has different functions in which any developer can create bots that automate processes and also extract data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is that sometimes it usually fails in the creation of bots since some of its functions are somewhat defective, and the previous versions are prone to failure. It's the only bad thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a really easy product to use, and the use of drag and drop makes me feel very comfortable and satisfied. It helps a lot more than we wanted, which even became our daily need.

If you are tired from daily tasks and have no energy for other heavier things. This tool is the one you should try.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its entire interface and the way it provides a predefined template for designing our automation. It is a tool that helps in work and is very comfortable and easy to use. It is very reliable and offers advanced and basic functionalities so that any user who knows or does not know how to program can do it without any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prince seemed expensive at first, but then when I realized its benefits, I had no problem paying for the license. I would like you to add more options that provide up-to-date training on new jobs rather than starting all resources from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me build and operate automatic robots, so we save energy on some other tasks that need to be done manually. It is a powerful and flexible tool that works perfectly.

Tool to automate repetitive processes with an easy-to-use user interface
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to develop, and I like its new functionalities such as plugins and integration in the cloud to scale the infrastructure according to the requirements; I like to automate the repetitive processes that I carry out daily together with my team. I like dragging down makes me feel comfortable like I'm writing code. It really meets all the requirements of our internal policies, from the beginning to the last endpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it had more capacity to handle large amounts of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very good software to develop RPA, and it has helped me a lot by automating repetitive processes, and I realized the time savings. It has really been a great trip, and so far, everything is going well.

It is a great and very useful software in which it will help you a lot in your repetitive tasks, and you will learn to develop robots without the need to know to program.
Powerful tool for automating complex business tasks in quick time
What do you like best about the product?
It's an effective and efficient tool for the organisation to save the human time and efforts with the use of its advanced technology. Bot creation is very effective indeed, Repetitive tasks can be minimised using the bots and eventually it helps in saving lot of time. The interface is quite easy and very user friendly. At the end of the day it's increases productivity for sure.
What do you dislike about the product?
As there too many modules attached to it so some times it's very difficult to find the appropriate one to work with. Otherwise nothing much for the dislikes. Document extractions such as PDF gets hanging some times and perhaps the dashboard could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primary job is to save time snd efforts on repetition of task along with increased productivity and team collaboration on the same platform.

Easy to use automation tool for complex business tasks. Very easy to deploy and very user friendly cost effective tool.

This tool is the best we could find, we used another one before, but we had many errors in each of our automation. but with Automation Anywhere everything changed for us, less drudgery and boring, repetitive tasks automation. I like its interface and the OCR that provides many benefits

I couldn't find any errors no matter how hard I search.

We automate all tasks, focus on manual tasks that are heavy, and the entire team has plenty of time to do other things.

Very easy to implement, I recommend it because it has functionalities that can be useful for your company.
Improve workflow by automating all tasks with bots
What do you like best about the product?
I like its functions and that it has no limits in automation; it has many different scenarios where I can easily customize them. Its interface is very attractive, and the user learning path is easy to use. Its features are amazing, and the implementation is nothing special.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not seen any serious issues or glitches affecting the use of bots for automation. The only thing is that some functions are confusing and do not show deep details to improve the learning of these functions. Also, constant updates bring failures.

It was easy to integrate with other systems, and the learning is amazing to learn RPA development easily, and we have been able to automate processes and improve workflow and put an end to human errors.
With basic coding skills you can begin to automate tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like the drag and drop feature for coding that their platform is code-based, and the way the features are incorporated is very good. There are some commands to implement AA and not get complicated in the attempt. Its ease of use for creating bots is basic, and it provides some custom scripts that are not complex at all. Anyone can use AA and not die trying.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an efficient tool, but it does not contain enough information in the help section, and some of its internal functions, such as OCR are compatible by default with the ABBY reader, but we have seen some unexpected errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate internal applications, and I was able to solve many problems related to commands; I can automate most of the business processes. It is fantastic, and it is very stable, and my experience has been very rewarding.

It is an easy to learn and use software that I highly recommend to any company that is interested.

It tends to be slow at times and has a few bugs when working on large projects.

Previously we were working with very heavy and repetitive projects, and we were already handling another automation tool; however we had many errors and problems, and we decided to opt for Automation Anywhere because we realized its potential. And so far it has helped us a lot in our daily work.
AA is the best tool available to create bots that will do the job automatically
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about AA is that it provides a free trial and editions to create bots at the same time. There are even portals dedicated to integrating this tool with good documentation and tutorials available for free. What I like the most is that it is easy to use and does not require a lot of coding, and its training can help anyone develop anything. AA has become our favorite tool in the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess each tool has its strengths and weaknesses in this case. I have to see AA work great, but sometimes I hate its constant updates because they add features that are not that useful. I have witnessed some bugs in bot creation, but they are usually fixed instantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are more content and relieved that the processes that were manual are now automatic thanks to Automation Anywhere

I recommend it because it requires little coding, and you don't even have to have experience. It is an easy and understandable software.
