What do you like best about the product?
The sophos firewall management/dashboard is user friendly. There are also customisable policies that can be implemented.

Support team is a bit slow to assist with tickets, which can be an issue if there is a threat involved. If more staff are hired , more tickets would be able to be attended to quicker

The product is excellent, and the team has produced all the technical documents which is required to validate product capabilities

Technical Support need to be improved and training need to be conduct timely to use the product features.

It provides perimeter security, application control, and other security features.

Competitive prices for all the required components in a UTM. Their after-sales support and services are just fantastic.

I don't think there is any. SOPHOS should conduct regular technical training for end customers.

SOPHOS helped secure our office environment with better throughput, which was missing in our old firewalls.

User Interface is very simple and attractive. No complexity in rules and configuration.

L3 dhcp server should be integrated in firewall.

What do you like best about the product?
If you use the AV, the integration is really nice. Centralized management is a plus. Red tunnels are easy to deploy and reliable. App blocking is a really nice feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hardware is pricey and do not like that RAID and Dual PSU is only offered on top tier models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Application control - Being in the cruise industry with small expedition ships, bandwidth is limited and being able to filter out bandwidth sucking apps is extremely useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Sophos firewall is readily available and provides unlimited VPN for users. The best part is how it integrates with the endpoint under a single admin console is continuously improved by Sophos' dedicated team of engineers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sophos firewall is not generally recognized amongst the leaders in its space and can sometimes be viewed as a lesser quality product. The truth is Sophos firewall is indeed a fantastic product and super well priced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows customers to work remotely from any destination they'd like while feeling safe under the firewall's excellent scalability for VPN users. Sophos firewall does a great job of integrating with the endpoint security to provide a wholesome communicating security posture for many customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Sophos Firewall keeps our IT systems safe and secure, and the web protection allows us to provide tailored filtering to our students and staff and most importantly make sure our students can use the internet in a safely in school.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little bit of a learning curve figuring out how to do things but works well once you are familiar. I've never quite been able to get the most out of the reports and they can be quite detailed when you run some of them.
