Harmonizes perfectly with Central Endpoint Heartbeat - Missing more German Support
What do you like best about the product?
- There are so many different ways to get reports. Everything you need can be found in the firewall
- VPN is easy to use, because openVPN compatibility
- It helps immensely in the company, since the firewall communicates superbly with the client's endpoint and can already block any threat on the firewall side
- Very very fast pattern updates when there is a new threat

What do you dislike about the product?
- There are a few options for filtering the firewall rules
- Unfortunately, the web interface doesn't fill the entire monitor, so that you don't see enough information in the columns in the rule view, for example

Sophos the Best for endpoint security
What do you like best about the product?
Good Product Overall. Best in the detection of vulnerabilities. USB Protection and We filtering pf websites and block it efficiently. never seen with product with minimum cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need Proper Mapping of asset serial number and host names. proper identify with asset id pulled from the agents. Also map with AD email ids or gsuite saml authentication
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos Firewall has ben in on-premise, managing multiple Internet connections and numerous web filtering policies. also detecting MAC ids using the system. overall good

Sophos should have more power with the local partner to speed up the implementation.

Cloud access and OTP function solve the access . The predefined categories of secured access is much petter than others.

Syncronized Security. Ability to auto isolate infected endpoints, non compliant mobile devices, revoke encryption keys in real time

Need to invest more on customer awareness of the product.

Cybersecurity protection, Collaboration and Availability of Business Critical App securely through SDWAN.
It is a great system letting us not to bother about gateway security

I have this device deployed in multiple locations and have not encountered any challenges.

I have not come across any issue that Sophos couldn't fulfill.

- a global search field is missing within the firewall rules (i dont mean the filter options)

Sophos XG firewall are easy to setup and manage.Very good reporting and support.When it comes to performance, even in heavy traffic it works well and normal.
