Best Firewall all the time
What do you like best about the product?
I can say that it is the best firewall I have ever used. The most important plus is that the policies work correctly and quickly in terms of performance. Although the menus are quite fast, it is very comfortable to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen a negative side, but I think they need to do some more development on the SSO side. In addition, some software can be quite difficult to reach, which can be a problem sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important thing for me to use Sophos is that it works fast and the NAT function is useful. In addition to all these, I can say that even if you write the policy correctly in some firewalls, it may not work, but I have not experienced such a thing in sophos until now.

The best GUI for Firewall Admins
What do you like best about the product?
Sophos firewalls have best and also userfriendly GUI interface for firewall administrator. Everybody can access whatever he/she want features in the firewall gui
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like to problems about HA problems in the Sophos firewall. Sometimes to configurate ha to take more time. Also to find problem can take lots of time, i think Sophos should improve this features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very successful in creating and managing security policies. I think the most important feature of the device is stable operation. You can get the direct response of the commands you enter, I think this is the biggest benefit.

for SMB customers sophos is the best firewall and with central management it becomes very much powerfull from which you can manage all the sophos products

very few features and still lacks the new security realted modules and features like machine learning on the box itself
