Testim.io is an amazing Automation tool, easy to use and saves a ton of time and steps
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can record, then go back and edit it to your preference and reuse the tests to save more time. And also group steps to declutter the flow. Then these steps can be shared with team members to svae even more time on their part an become more productive. So a Guild will become more productive with a team created steops base and can be easily corrected and edited for future use. Team Leads can spend time just revising and team member just feeding the steps to a general base for future use and benefit from all the time saving features this amazing tool provides. Also, you can use this tool on several projects at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say there. The product is very useful and I have not come up to a point where I dislike something. It is pretty clear and precise to use for reusing steps and recycling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving is the most valuable benefit. Solving the fact that reviewing all the tests is easy to do and highly visible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This amazing tool will save a lot of time and it will let you reuse groups of tests in order to save even more time. After running initial tests, it will start building a base from where you can reuse step groups and run more tests in less time, it is kind of an exponential factor for improvement.
an intuitive and feature rich testing automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
The graphical representation of tests. The ease of recording tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Elements that appear on the screen for a short period of time, like alert messages, can be hard to record.
In these cases, manually inputting the selector for the element would be more convenient. perhaps this is possible, and I am just not aware of how to do it.

Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The easiness and the ability to use everything through UI only - is great. Leaving the messing CI/CD job for them is their biggest advantage for me.
Really easy to change, review changes across times and add tests.
The tests usually are not flaky at all which is really nice.

What do you dislike about the product?

That's it! Fast, responsive, working well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex flows are easy to debug, saved many broken builds from passing.
Biggest benefit is that you don't have to deal with storage sizes and costs, saving baselines, having to deal with strange edge cases.

Testing the UI of the client application which needed to be time boxed within a short period of time. This is helping us in creating simple UI tests for the app and connecting them to Jenkins so that they are all ran together along with the nightly batch to find any bugs that might be occurring in the system. Also, it helps in running the tests over different platforms to test the cross-browser functionality of the app and also captures screenshots if an error is discovered
