What do you like best about the product?
3 things:
Suggest feature of Boomi platform smartly suggests what data table can be connected with which other data table.
Has a vast library of templates that I can use instead of starting from scratch to create integrations
Drag and drop features eliminates the need to code while developing new integrations/ applications.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is costly to start with a new subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to help our clients build integrations in 1/3 of the time and cost it usually takes to build new integrations with/ without a middleware.
Best for Application Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I found the best Ipaas Solution for Application Integration like Salesforce, Workday, Netsuite, and Kronos.
You can avail connecter as per your requirement .

What do you dislike about the product?
If you're new in this product initially you don't like due to different approch and big fancy words like Atom and Molecule but once you used to of it.you find so easy and smooth

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're extracting data from different applications and creating data warehouse on google big query so for data extraction we're using Dell Boomi

if you looking for cost-effective ETL tool so Go ahead with Dell Boomi. It's never disappoint you

Boomi as a Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, I am not a developer and have very little knowledge of how to code or write code, Boomi empowers users like myself to connect Cloud and On prem applications at ease and do it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike here, the release process has seen some issues so from them more testing before a release but nothing that slowed business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting all Business SaaS and on prem applications, we also plan to use their Master Data Hub and I see a lot of value in Flow. I would also like to use their API management as we continue to grow as a company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at what you are trying to achieve and where your business will be in three years, if you need to solve one point to point problem probably look at other applications. If you have complex logic, want to have re-useable API's, reusable components and the ability to connect to Cloud and Prem applications look no further!
Best tool to satisfy your EDI needs
What do you like best about the product?
First off, you have plenty of online training for EDI (and other integration methods) on Boomi's platform. In our case, we had an evaluation between multiple vendors including Mulesoft, Software AG, Jitterbit, Boomi and Snaplogic. While Jitterbit and Boomi, was able to easily read the source file from our ERP system, only with Boomi where we able to easily customize to what the destination vendor needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were new to EDI, so had some learning curve to get EDI and Boomi at the same time. We also had to do some trial and error sending file with the destination vendors, since they wanted items that differed from the official EDI definitions. (not Boomi problem)

retiring Cobol programs

Its great. You will spend more time figuring out the requirements of the integration than building it within Boomi.
User friendly solution to EDI Requirements
What do you like best about the product?
My company processes a significant amount of EDI files using the X12 formatting. What would once takes days to integrate, can now be completed in less time than it would take to create the data dictionary before! It has dramatically increased the speed of our responsiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. So far the program has been an enormous step up from our code-only solution before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are increasing the accountability of our partners by improving our error-handling on our EDI implementations.

Boomi A Very Powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Boomi gave a wonderful opportunity to learn and use it as the core middle ware platform.
The shapes in Boomi canvas are very much powerful using connectors we can integrate all the end systems very easily. It is very developer friendly. The community page is go to whenever and wherever if you are stuck!

What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I could not see the back end code which I am used to from decades is the only thing I feel not likely but it may be the perks of using a light weight tools

Connecting with other cloud platforms and other ERP systems very quickly and easily is one main problem we solved very easily.

Defiantly try it ,it is definite worth of time and money.
Easy enforcer of data governance policies
What do you like best about the product?
Boomi has significantly decreased the number of fires our Data Operations department need to fight by simply and powerfully enforcing our data governance policies. Its easy to use interface makes it simple to manage golden records and maintain tidy data.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. The product has been very useful.

Difficulty with maintaining tidy data across multiple platforms.
Great tool for Integrations & Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Boomi is excellent for integrating multiple data sources together. We have integrated Rest/SOAP/SAP/Oracle Databases and much much more very very easily. Hard to imagine not using it
What do you dislike about the product?
AtomSphere sometimes goes offline/is disruptive. Some things in Boomi are clunky - data migration can be slow.
