What is our primary use case?

We primarily use Boomi iPaaS as an integration product on the cloud. It is widely used in the retail industry, mainly for order-to-cash processing. The product is mature in the market and has a wide customer base with a variety of use cases.

What is most valuable?

Boomi iPaaS offers different modules based on customer use cases, which I find valuable. The integrations and API management are particularly beneficial. The setup process is straightforward, and within three days, you can start working on Boomi iPaaS. It provides automation for everything from order to cash, which is thoroughly documented, tracked, and streamlined within Boomi iPaaS. Additionally, Boomi aids initiatives involving AI by allowing prompts to create integrations and automatically generating documentation.

What needs improvement?

Although Boomi iPaaS is top in the market, there might be room for improvement in the ETL aspect, which was recently integrated as another module. This aspect of Boomi iPaaS is not mature enough at the moment.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have used the solution for about twelve years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I find Boomi iPaaS very stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Boomi iPaaS is scalable. We have built approximately 1,100 interfaces for one customer, which is a significant achievement.

How are customer service and support?

The community for Boomi iPaaS is quite large, with about 10,000 resources available on the community portal. The tech support is very good, offering immediate responses and chat options.

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup of Boomi iPaaS is straightforward. For the cloud version, you just need access to the cloud platform and can start working on it immediately. For on-premises, you need to download and install the runtime, which takes only a couple of minutes.

What was our ROI?

Boomi iPaaS has significantly impacted our ROI. We have automated complete order-to-cash processes for multiple customers, saving over 90 million dollars.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The pricing for Boomi iPaaS is reasonable, costing around $6,000 per year. It is affordable even for small customers, like a salon with a couple of branches.

What other advice do I have?

Boomi iPaaS has a short learning curve, and you do not need to be a technical person to work with it. I would recommend it to others considering its integration capabilities, API management, and automation. I rate Boomi iPaaS ten out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease to use as it is a low code platform and i am working as an administrator.Training videos are very good quality and the concepts are explained very good manner with the animated videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not find anything wrong with the platfform boomi
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So i am an working as an admin, and i used to deploy the processes in the different env, as it is low code platform so it becomes easier for me to understand things. We can easily integrate boomi with other cloud platforms such as azure and aws. It gets integrated very easily, and the support team work very actively.

Regular UI updates, and sometime we execute the process and it takes a lot of time to reflect in process reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using Boomi for the last 6 years and I find it one of the best tool in the integration field. With its vast connector lists and easy to configure, it become very fast and easy to create pipelines.
With constant updates and the adopting of different AI agents, it remains up to date with the fast-changing world.
The customer support is really remarkable. They know their tool and provide quick fixes.
It really eases the integration and implementation processes. We have used Boomi for most of our clients and they are really happy with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the Boomi community of the developers should be more active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Boomi is providing connectors for almost all the endpoints which help us to integrate different system within the industry.
It's Data hub product is really good to manage the data in a singular form.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a Boomi developer and I use Boomi on a daily basis. What I like the most about Boomi is the integration part. The Architect of the Boomi is also pretty good.
Also, the customer support is pretty responsive if the support needs in priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
Boomi integration can not be performed execution in parallel, although there are some workarounds for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Boomi Integration can help us to integrate with different application or technology or tool. So it's helps to build an pipeline for interact or communicate with the different technologies we have in our org.
Also boomi MDM can help us to create a manufactured record or information of something so it's help us to create a info with valuable information.

What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to data automation, Boomi's rich feature set is second to none. It has an easy-to-use interface thanks to its modules for connecting to various web services (HTTP, SOAP, and JSON) and its integration with many popular applications and services. We like it because its developer platform allows us to create our own applications, which is great for meeting specific needs. The ability to automate workflows and connect software simplifies complex processing, which in turn makes it easier to identify and fix system problems. It streamlines teamwork by making it easier to share relevant data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users with coding skills will find Boomi easier to use, despite the high learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Boomi has helped us become more efficient and productive, with fewer human errors, higher quality data, and the ability to respond quickly to market changes. Nothing stood in the way of taking full advantage of the platform, including the steep learning curve required to get up to speed, the price tag associated with certain plans and advanced features, and the need to keep up with changes and updates to the platform to maximize its capabilities.
