Easy and Fast Results!
What do you like best about the product?
All I had to do was drag and drop a folder with 12 months of PDF bank statements into the platform. And 30 seconds later I had all the transactions on 1 CSV file!
What do you dislike about the product?
They only have a subscription. It would be great to have "per job" rate for people who only need a one time use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No issues...worked exactly as advertised! It saved me from manually importing all my transactions into a CSV file. All my quickbooks transactions were lost and needed to get a file for my accountant to do my taxes.

What do you like best about the product?
I can't recommend Doculipper highly enough. I had five years’ worth of taxes that needed to be amended, and I was struggling to find software that could handle the job efficiently—until I found Doculipper.
What makes this tool stand out is its ability to seamlessly convert bank statements into clean, well-formatted Excel files. No weird formatting issues, no endless copy-pasting, and no wasted hours trying to make the data usable. You simply upload your statements, and it handles the rest.
The platform also lets you easily categorize transactions and even set custom rules, which is a huge help for organizing complex financial data. But for me, the most valuable feature is its export-to-Excel functionality—it’s accurate, clean, and saves me literally hundreds of hours I would have spent doing it manually.
If you're a business owner, accountant, or just someone trying to clean up their financial records, Doculipper is a must-have tool. It made an overwhelming process simple, and I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with large volumes of financial data

When I upload a navy federal statement, I couldn't see the whole description and after each category I had to resize the fields again

Time Saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how much time it saved me. Having the ability to export client statments into one useable document (excel or CVS) saved me hours and hours of time. And the system is fairly easy to use when you get used to it. Customer support as pretty good - the bot option was ok, but you could always email support directly and they get back to you within a reasonable time frame.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system sometimes glitches when uploading many statments at one time for conversion and this caused a bit of headache when having to verify the data. But once I learned to just upload a few statements at a time it got better. Hopefully this is a glitch that DocuClipper is working on.

Saving me time in having to convert multiple client statements to a workable excel or CVS file! Saves me hours and hours of time - thank you!
Great user friendly application
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. I had numerous documents that needed to be converted and this software made it a breeze. Love the fact that you can combine a whole lot of pdf bank statements into one excel file. Incredible!

Nothing to dislike. I enjoyed using the software.

Terrible support and experience through AWS Marketplace.
We attempted to purchase DocuClipper via AWS Marketplace, but the process has been a complete failure. After 15 days, the license was still not activated, and neither DocuClipper nor AWS provided any support to resolve the issue. Additionally, canceling the subscription through AWS was impossible, leading to unnecessary frustration.
We have now lost a month of service and time trying to make this work. DocuClipper is an excellent tool, but if it cannot be supported through AWS Marketplace, it should not be offered here. This platform is not viable for purchasing the product, and I strongly recommend going directly through DocuClipper’s main platform instead.
AWS and DocuClipper need to address this issue urgently, as it is unacceptable for paying customers to be left without support or solutions.
Affordable alternative
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using DocuClipper for my fraud examinations and do appreciate that you can extract data with so far a 95% reliability on non organic (scanned) documents. You do have to rework the other 5%, but the keying entries are not as time consuming. The reliability of organic PDF's has a great than 99% rate on what I have extracted. I also appreciate the alternative to other data extraction softwares as this one is by far more affordable. The multiple outputs or download options - or to import into QBO or Xero if that is what you need - works fantastic for what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some glitches as with any software. The glitches aren't significant enough to be concerning. I wish there was a better function or option for reading the data on cancelled checks, but with multiple checks to a page DocuClipper hasn't conquered that function yet so I just avoid it all together. The dates are often read incorrectly so you really need to be on top of your game on making sure you only upload statements by either month or grouped year otherwise it is a nightmare to figure out what entries are for a specific year or month. Once you get that checks and balances down to a science it isn't as problematic. The popup question on what line of work are you in after every extraction is annoying.

Benefits me in efficiency in extracting data for forensic analysis and fraud examinations.
Why I love DocuClipper
What do you like best about the product?
DocuClipper has been awesome for us. It's incredibly easy to use. The automation features have allowed us to extract critical information, usually in less than a minute, saving us a great deal of time reducing costs to our clients.
Customer support has also been very responsive whenever we have questions.
Best of all, it's affordable and more user-friendly than incredibly expensive tools out there that don't even do what they are supposed to.

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, DocuClipper has been a huge value-add to our team, and any small drawbacks are definitely outweighed by its benefits. Sometimes, really poorly formated statements received by credit unions can be challenging for the tool, but if you email support, they are right there to help. The product continues to improve with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for forensic accounting. It's just the best, simplest tool out there for the price and you get to extract the data that you need in seconds. Don't bother with solutions like Valid8, it's too costly and the amount of review that you have to do for miscoded transactions is just a waste. I highly recommend this tool for any and all data extraction needs.

I love that I can just upload a years worth of bank statements and be ready to file a clients tax return with a profit a loss in just a few hours instead of weeks!

Sometimes things get a little glitchy and misses some things but we have found ways to work around that.

I'm able to recreate a years worth of books a 100 times faster
I needed to get prior bank trx. I got the statements and Docuclipper cleanly extracted the data!
What do you like best about the product?
It is an intelligent product that eliminates ugly Adobe "Save as" output woes. It worked reliably on the small amount of data I needed to obtain. It was easy to use and offered a number of surprisingly well-thought-out features.

Nothing yet. The software did what I needed done surprisingly well.
