Easy to Use with Excellent Pricing
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to use, and the pricing was excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I sometimes run into is that certain bank statements list charges on separate lines, and it can miss those line-by-line charges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use three different software tools to convert bank statements. When the other two run into conversion problems, I switch to Docuclipper, and it resolves about 99% of those issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of it's capabilities to read all of the various formats of bank and credit card statements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if it could do a vendor and customer names sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting the statements to a format that can be uploaded to QuickBooks to reduce data entry time and errors.
Huge Time-Saver That Streamlined My Workflow

It’s been a huge time-saver for me, it’s easy to use, and it has streamlined a lot of my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes with DocuClipper, I have been pleased with the program.

Data importation into QBO from PDF.
Reliable Tool That Boosts Efficiency in Reviewing Multi-Account Transactions
What do you like best about the product?
Overall a very good product that is reliable and increases efficiency with which I'm able to review financial transactions from multiple accounts over many years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was an easier way to exclude pages from being reviewed as I have to manually select each statement and page. Would be nice to be able to set a rule or specify a range of page numbers that I would like excluded from every statement since certain financial institutions (like AMEX) add a lot of informational/filler pages at the end that don't have any relevant transactions and count against the monthly page allowance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled to review transactions due to the volume of account statements and number of accounts. It's very helpful to be able to put everything into one spreadsheet and review the transactions as a whole/with relation to other accounts.
Effortlessly Integrates, Saves Time for Users
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate DocuClipper for its ease of integration with my software, which allows my users to upload invoices and saves them time by having the software handle the heavy lifting. It generally does a good job of reading the data. I also value the feature where I can get the JSON response. The initial setup was very easy, just involving a simple curl request.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think DocuClipper could improve on its JSON structure. Right now, it outputs each line item containing invoice data, customer data, vendor data, and line item data on every line, instead of having these as headers with the applicable data as children.

DocuClipper helps my users save time by uploading invoices, allowing the software to match data with inventory items in the database.
Effortless Bank Statement to CSV Conversion That Boosts Office Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The option to covert the bank statements to CSV is great. It has made my life so much easier when clients are unable to connect their bank feeds to QBO. It has made my office so much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any issues. This program has been great for my office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to convert bank and credit card statements to CSV and then upload the transactions into QBO. This has avoided getting clients to reconnect on a regular basis their bank feeds.
Revolutionised My Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Amazingly fast and accurate, has completely revolutionised my working practices
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a lack of help videos and so may not be using it to full potential

Turning PDF statemenst to csv, propery formatted and reconciled which saves an enormous amount of time
Docuclipper Makes Bank Statement Transfers to Intuit Desktop Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Docuclipper has been helpful for downloading bank statements and transferring them to Intuit Desktop for processing. They’ve been a great company to work with, and they’ve given me opportunities to grow my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few statements the transactions duplicate at the end, adding further transactions not included. Manually go in and fix them myself before downloading with corrections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps documents in order downloaded if needed again during 30 day period.
Effortless Document Management with DocuClipper
What do you like best about the product?
I like that DocuClipper is easy to use and makes it simple to select pages without wasting unnecessary ones. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the date changes at the beginning of the year when the credit card statement runs from mid-December to January. It's a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DocuClipper solves manual entry issues and is easy to use. I can easily select pages, avoiding unnecessary ones.
Fast, Accurate Statement Conversion with Helpful Support
What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which it processes bank and credit card statements, and the accuracy of the converted data. The support team are very helpful and have always resolved my queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides, but I only use it for converting PDF's; I don't use the other features so I cannot comment on those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a lot of time. Other apps I have used before would take a couple of hours to do what Docuclipper can do in just a few seconds. The pricing is very reasonable, compared to other apps. There is no limit on how many users can be added at no additional cost, which is very good.
