Qlik is a great benefit to our company
What do you like best about the product?
All the ways Qlik allows us to surface data to our customers. We can give our internal and external users access to data that was previously unavailable. We are able to add visualizations to the data that make is more customer friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some very powerful features that take some digging to discover. These features are extremely valuable (such as being able to filter by clicking a label) but they aren't necessarily obvious to first-time users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qlik helps us get data into the hands of our decision makers in a timely manner. We have seen improvements in our processes as well as speeding up our decision making. Our usage of Qlik has enabled us to find issues ranging from problems our customers experience while interfacing with us to discrepancies in our data.

Very easy to use, change management in the organisation is necessary to make it a success. Consider the development cost and IT capability.

The Power of Grey, the wow effect and the simplicity in building great dashboards and reports

I think the propertiespanel could use a kind of work, I would love to be able to choose to use the current panel or let it pop out so I have more space to work in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many problems, many benefits. Next to my lecuters job I work as a Manager in the commercial world and use the product at customers. Once I dit a project at the safety region here in the Netherlands and we saved 20 minutes in a process where time is of the greatest importance. Just by simply setting up a dashboard and reports with Qlik in the form of a process. This solution even won the price, the smartest organization in the Netherlands.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ease of use, power of grey, simplicity and the wow factor are things I like about Qlik.

What do you like best about the product?
Its data associativity and compatibility with almost all the devices. Easy interface for new users. Great engine capacy to process the data with a blink of eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its still lacking in sharing and collaboration and with some screens its still not auto adjusting very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick KPIs delivery and data integration from multiple platforms helps to analyse the data on minute level. Also it helps to identify the gaps/issues in underline data like null and empty values.

Start a trial and you'll see the flexibility and greatness of this technology. Qlik provides various customisable options for your compny setup

Full browser capability to develop and design dashboard without having additional plugin or desktop installation
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization of the formatting such as color, font size, font type, etc is not easy or sometimes is not possible to change.

Usually we use Qlik Sense for:
i) Informational delivery - to provide reporting and chart for analysis
ii) Analytics - to summarized at higher level where the complex computation has been automated for process efficiency and optimization

Qlik Sense may not be the best in look and feel, but it's definitely the fastest to visualize your data.
Easy to Adopt and Easy to Deploy
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to bring in a variety of data sources. Can connect directly to databases using ODBC connection or bring a different files tyoes: csv, excel, txt, html. The tool is very flexbile and can add new attributes that do not exist anywhere during the reload process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Images. Images cannot be exported directly to Excel nor built into Qlik Sense without a 3rd party extension. This is a big hurdle in our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had Qlik View for years and one had one main dashboard that all departments utilized. With Qlik Sense, we are able to tailor the applications for each department and create an walk or story with data. It is a more directed approach to target each department and create some assisted analysis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have been avid users of QlikView and took advantage of the dual license. We have been able to do things with Qlik Sense that we cannot do in Qlik View. We still use and plan to use QlikView but are pleased that we can take advantage of Qliks' investment into Qlik Sense. We are looking forward to using the predictive analytics and alerting in the future.
A more understandable tool in analytics that fulfills its objective.
What do you like best about the product?
Qlikview is an extraordinary tool that has excellent visual panels, which allow us to see the analyzes performed by the system in an exclusive and coherent way, being the most efficient and necessary term that it needs, and it obtains, which is one of the analytics software that I like the most in the cloud, thanks to the convenience and artificial intelligence, when creating these reports of productivity or other functionality in a company in a digital way, highlighting that it can consolidate data sets from many different sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the number of data sources, we can highlight that updating each of these can be slow, which is a problem of slowing down in massive extremes, especially when we address business qualities, which contain multiple information bases, and for the most part their classifications are different in the fields, to which these referential texts refer, which may be even longer in time, the renewal process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qlikview is being used in a general way throughout our organization, mainly in various analytical departments that we have in our environment, mainly as a way to consolidate numerous data sources and systems, totally different, we use this software to see reports in a more contemplative way, thanks to its panel functions that promote efficient visualization technology, which allows us to properly specify each of these promoted analyzes, or also to filter information for the use of these formats with pedagogical objectives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is very suitable and ideal for companies with high internal development, which maintain multiple and large data sources that need to be used by many departments for analytics or employees to promote a specific response in their work, including customer service , to offer a unique and incredible service, including if you need to facilitate the analysis process and the creation of these formal subsets, from the information they offer, since Qlikview is the best you can take into account.

One of the most effective analytics platforms
What do you like best about the product?
The most common features which I have used and found the remarkable results are the easy drag and drop of the data for building analytics applications, the basic tools which has helped me to create the smart visualizations and the automated process which has reduced my work load. In addition its mobile application is the key solution to my everyday problems and helps me to stay active so that I can take actions whenever required. For me this tool is one of the most reliable tool that provides outstanding privacy system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qilk sense needs some improvement about the speed of operation. Moreover I have no complaint against this program. I am getting satisfying and reliable services. If I talk about my experience I would say it has been the most effective and user friendly tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its APIs provide me an embedded analytical support and provide support for the numerous scaling users, without any issue in governance standards. The graphical representation of the data has further added to ease and with one glimpse I have the overall idea about the progress of my organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If the pricing policy could get more reasonable than I think small setups would also make a difference. Till now we have accomplished our various goals which were entirely depended on the data analytics because it helped us to take the most right decisions.
