NPrinting makes report building easy
What do you like best about the product?
NPrinting allows organizations of any size to create semi-automated, semi-custom reports with ease. While different users with different functional roles have varying needs and uses for their data, Nprinting can help these disparate groups leverage the information for their own unique purpose without requiring a ton of customization hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike all of the money I spent previously in custom development hours. Had I known about Qliksense Nprinting previously, I could have saved my team tons of money leveraging the out of box capabilities of this tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every group in my organization has to tell a different story with the same data. Leveraging the same data for their unique purpose requires custom development of reports and data analytics needs. Nprinting solves these problems by providing powerful semi custom report generation capabilities, and doing it well and with ease.
QlikView helped me show performance indicators on a user friendly way
What do you like best about the product?
The easy of use of the app. It's very intuitive, it doesn't take much to get familiarized with it. As i used to sort different indicators for differents members of the company i work for, not everyone was familiarized with it, so i had to pretty much teach them how to go through the app, and if it wasn't as intuitive as it is, that could have been an issue. I also like the fact that the app takes info from different sources, so you can add things like excel spreadsheets and that Qlikview would gather that data too. Or if your company runs different types of software, Qlikview manages to gather all that information in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly didn't experience any mayor stepbacks while using the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having information coming from different sources and have it all gather in one place, with a friendly setting and appealing visualizacion (different type of graphics and charts) so people can interpret it as fast and easy as possible. Also, having the tool of setting it up so every user gets to see the information that suits it's profile and needs. Having to deal with confidential information makes this tool useful to have everything gather in one place, and at the same keep confidential what is has to stay that way.
Perfect for analyzing company data
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of use and the easy implementation of the product. The code development to create the application. The usability and visualization. The enormous community to resolve doubts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The IDE for development (SQL section) must improve a lot to help the programmer. It lacks a CVS for version control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyze sales data, logistics, stocks, quality of internal IT data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this product 100% over other BI tools for its ease of use and the speed with which it handles data analysis. The speed at which it displays the desired data.
Good experience with Qlik
What do you like best about the product?
Surely what I had like the most is the easiness of use, in terms of drilling each elements andh those soft colours that avoid the eye fatigue after many hours of use. I used this tool for months during my experience in the company and it was part of a software change from an oold one to a new one. I had to fight internally for the software Qlik choice but finally I had my reward with Qlik victory. Finally Qlik was chosen as new software of data intelligence by the company. It was a great one!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to say that the font used could be greater and different. Look and feel is absolutely great but in terms of font there could be some improvements. Of course this is my opinion, not a general rule, but this could be an action point for the developers team. For example I have colleagues that really liked the font used by Qlik and it took at great discussions at the coffe machine about that. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Surely we had a wider view of the data we were using. In the past we had other experiences with other vendor but we did not found those good points and continuous enhancements that Qlik offers to their customers. With its continuous releases with new periodic improvements me, my company and my colleagues could say that we really feel coddle by the Qlik group.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a deep view of the other softwares benefit and make a deeper software selection in order to bring those benefits to your company.

SQL Scripting makes ETL easy. In memory makes data query run faster

Lack of Creating parent child hierarchy to promote drill down functionality

RETAIL INVENTORY MANAGEMENT. makes it easy to connect to multiple data sources - teradata, text files, Oracle DB and etc
