interactive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
data manager that helps user to drag and drop data. Data model is easy to build. Qlik sense is a good tool for us and easy to use. All end-users as well as those administrators love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it is a star-schema and takes too much memory, the usage of memory is not that friendly. Sometimes, we feel confused about the set analysis and set expressions. However, it is not effected as a good product. Hope it will get better and better. We will definitely continue to use Qlik sense as our analytical tool as well as descriptive tool for our own products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collect different data sources and build a star-schema data model. Then build some dashboard for end users to have views.

What do you like best about the product?
Statistical process control and statistical simulation solution with easy understandable interface for any user.
Qlik Sense gives the user the ability to use the maximum data available and gather all the important data into a single and accessible means possible. Secure file storage and data visualization are the things Qlik Sense does best and easy compliance, thematic mapping and also nice for the development of Applications.

What do you dislike about the product?
None i can remember, the solution is the best and easiest data visualization platform with great quality services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data assembling.

Powerful big data analyzing system, and a nice solution of data visualization, version control capability are great and easy to start using.
Simple Yet Powerful Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Qlik Sense can be as simple or as complex as you'd like. There are very intuitive wizards that helps you import and transform your data. Along with the drag and drop nature of the visualizations, you can have a decent looking dashboard up in a matter of minutes.
On the flip side, if you prefer maximum control of your data, you have the ability to write the load script on your own. This gives you maximum flexibility on how your data appears, how it's transformed, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the visualization features have been "streamlined", in that options have been removed for users. While I can understand some of the design decisions, I wish Qlik would make some more customization options available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far I've used Sense in the medical, financial, manufacturing, and government sectors. Some questions I've answered with the software include "What are our FPE and MU numbers for each location?" and "Can we detect unpaid taxes based on scraping sites like Airbnb?". With the amount of connectors, extensions, and the extensive API, there's bound to be a solution you can come up with.

Data preparation and modelling capabilities are the best in Qlik. Intuitive visuals can be prepared from the raw transaction data
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of Easy to use in-built self service capabilities. Either add-ons (not the best tools) or level of training required for the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qlik is instrumental in resolving our commercial analysis problems and providing near real time insights about the status of the business
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation is go for it and start with Qlik SAAS platform. Comparing to other tools in the market, you will find Qlik as readily available for implementation;

Some touch and feel features are not apparent in Qlik as they are in Power BI or Tableau

That there is no native connector available for integration with R or Python

Qlik Sense provides you with a lot of different options to show your visualizations. This way it is easy to show data in a lot of different ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you do not have an IT background, you need a little bit more to understand the program fully. It gives you a lot of opportunities, and if you have the time and an IT-feeling everyone can provide the best visualizations in Qlik Sense.

Providing in details all the data to the MT in a easy way to understand, one look at the sheets should be enough.

Qlik Sense es muy fácil de utilizar y gracias a su recomendación de los gráficos, es posible generar rápidamente valor.

Que no se pueda utilizar una métrica maestra dentro de otra. Para este caso hay que usar variables que no es lo mismo. Lo cual te impide reutilizar código de forma simple.

Se están resolviendo varios problemas. Por ejemplo poder identificar en un mapa que pozos producen más, cuales generan más gastos de mantenimiento en relación con la producción, etc. También se generan indicadores para Capex,Opex, PM, Zafiro, Openwells.

kind of a steep learning curve concerning set analysis for beginners.
