Algosec firewall analyser
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use , easy to maintain, tracking of rules , fine tunning , to identify and minimize the potential risks that can affect your business applications,support is also nice
What do you dislike about the product?
support can be improve , and topology of network flow can be more enhance as per trafffic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
end to end traffic management ,easy to understand the route , policy fine tunning , rule fine tunning

The best product for Firewall review and network visibility
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly GUI and Network Flow is the best so far I have see

None as such to my notice, only in some cases we faced difficulties integrating without Panaroma

What do you like best about the product?
Below is some feature I personally like AlgoSec.
In our organization, we have taken the license of the AlgoSec firewall analyzer and fire flow.
1) In a firewall analyzer, We can easily visualize and analyze all the devices within the network. If we want to check the connectivity between two different location devices (source and destination), You can just put the IPs in source and destination, AlgoSec analyzer will give you all the path information between these two devices graphically with the middle devices with IP address. So we can easily get the connectivity details from AlgoSec tools. But firstly, all the network devices should have to integrate with AlgoSec tools.
2) Secondly, the Verification of Policies on all integrated firewalls with minimal time stamps. If any project team wants some rules information, we can easily grab this information from AlgoSec without login into the firewall and download it in CSV, and give it to the concerned team.
3)We can build out the whole network topology by using AlgoSec tools easily and provide optimization with all networks.
4) We have used the firewall for the implementation of the rule into the firewalls getaways, We have 18 FW gateways and we are continuously implementing the 100 + rules on daily basis via AlgoSec, with a minimum timestamp. The fire flow tools automatically, select the firewall zone and pre-midify rules as well and push the rules into the gateway with new IDs. Once the implementation of the rule is done the fire flow sent a mail to the concerned lead for confirmation of rules implementation.
It's a very impressive feature that AlgoSec provided.

1)As per the current version of the Alogosec analyzer we can't delete the object from all the firewalls at a time. We need to do this task manually.

1)We can easily search/add/delete the firewall policies via the center point of control AlgoSec technologies.
2)We can get all the firewall-related data with a single click. And effective work on synchronizing with all the firewalls gateways including the management server.

A must Have product on a Enterprise level
What do you like best about the product?
Been through a training session to utilize the full extent of what the product can do. Simply amazed. Addresses all the pain points in managing the firewall policies that we currently face. It's great to know how end-user perspectives are understood and problems are solved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike as such. But would like to explore more how feature addition requests can be made if not available already. Would like to know more about Cloud integration and how it is going to work in an SDWAN Environment

My Experience with algosec solutions
What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool for security operations, scanning firewalls and other equipmens its great platform to audit the network
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see shortly some features to prevent and mitigate attacks

basically to see all the security types of equipment in the network and have a macro view of the performance and troubles

Is very important to know all the features and solutions of the AlgoSec platform, and you have a great opinion about this solution
Support for Cisco Product
What do you like best about the product?
AlgoSec helps with achieving Zero Trust Security goals for the customer. It achieves this by helping them to understand their true security posture. It tells you what needs to be implemented. AlgoSec's partnership with Cisco will push the topic of security forward in this aspect. The Tool simply helps the customer to reduce the attack surface in their network, achieves automation of risk analysis through visibility, automation of change management and also with the migration of multiple data centres to the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently have no reservations concerning AlgoSec Tools.

The best value for money (Algosec)
What do you like best about the product?
By using AlgoSec our technical team is now more efficient to delivering their work on time. Before it took a long time for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, it is an awesome product I couldn't find anything to dislike it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our firewall and unused rules which we forgot to delete now it's very easy for us to solve very first.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the customer service, product information and assistance we have received so far. The tool offers many features we can benefit from. Although this wasn't our first option the balance between costs and features really separated is from the pack.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels too good to be true so far. I'm waiting for the bottom to fall out, maybe not completely but somewhere. I have seen plenty of products reference capabilities and never has any one product been able to reliably due everything it has been billed as being capable of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to view what's in place, what's unnecessary and the ability to report and support changes made. The biggest benefit in my eyes is the added visibility.
Good Product but still some rough edges to polish
What do you like best about the product?
Policy Optimation and Unused Rule reporting. Change Request path mapping and Firewall triggering.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to use the built-in FireFlow Object Update Template as FireFlow currently cannot update existing group objects. Cannot add/remove routes from Firewalls or install an initial Firewall policy on a newly built Firewall.

Reducing Firewall policy bloat/inefficiencies and improving policy implementation times.
