While it's easy to use, it requires some for of training before new users can understand and she it effectively
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for cloud data integration and it has so far worked seamlessly. I have zero complaints about the product

What is most valuable?
The product has a good user interface. I don’t have to write too many codes. I can design or create general data transfer and technical jobs through simple texts. If I want to repeat a job, I can do it without creating multiple pipelines. I can create multiple jobs with a single pipeline. It is a fantastic feature of the product.
What needs improvement?
The product must enhance its near-real-time data capture feature. Also, if they enhance CDC functionality, we can replace multiple components with one component. Otherwise, we must purchase a different component for CDC functionality and another component for data transformation. This added feature will help the user do everything with a single component.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using the solution for six months.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The tool is stable.

Six technical developers use the solution in our organization.

We did not contact support for technical issues. We contacted them for administration, deployment, and purchasing. Support was excellent.

The initial setup was easy. The solution is deployed on the cloud on a virtual machine.

The tool is neither cheap nor expensive. It is moderately expensive. The product must improve its pricing.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Glue is much cheaper than Matillion.
What other advice do I have?
If the product enhances the CDC functionality, I would rate it a ten out of ten. I would recommend people to use the solution. Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like best about Matillion is how it offers a number of advanced features and support for advanced data processing tasks such as data quality checks. I have been using Matillion for a couple of years now and it has made our data integration processes more streamlined. I like its user interface which is easy to set up and understand. It has lot of native connectors available for different applications.

Only few challenges such as error messages. They could be more appropriate. Also, it is slow when logging in for the first time.

Matillion supports drag and drop functionality that increases the ease of use. Components are very easy to use and also you can pay for what you want since it provides (P.A.Y.G) PAY AS YOU GO. Matillion, is very easy and simple to understand, so straightforward.
