Sumo Logic as SIEM

What do you like best about the product?
Sumo Logic integrations with AWS are really good, these seamless integrations help get the data into Sumo Logic easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sumo Logic is still a new product which needs a lot more exposure in terms of supporting other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Openpath integrations with Sumo Logic needs a feature to be added which is being worked on by the Sumo Logic team.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing that we experienced was their customer service and their willingness to help us out based on our need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike but it will be helpful to have some more documentation on services that sumo logic offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sumo logic is helping us in ingesting our AWS data and even it's SIEM solution is very helpful from security perspective

What do you like best about the product?
One central location to find logs, errors, and view custom dashboards. I really like the App Catalog and the pre-made dashboards/saved searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding stuff like scheduled searches isn't intuitive but lots of documenation available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sumo Logic helps solve how we identify problems and monitor our cloud infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
SOC Team I Lead has been managing SOAR since 2018 with incredible feedback and enhancement in Security Managed Services for our customers and our infrastructure, tooo!
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, dunno. I've to think about it. Support is awesome andwith R&D department interactions are extremely fruitful, too. Now we look forward to new brand version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOARtechnology gives our Incident Handling and response team a huge vision over infrastructure

What do you like best about the product?
I like that once you know how to set it up and get what you need from it, it is beyond helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
There does seem to be a bit of technical setup. As a PM I had an engineer walk me through how he set it up and that was enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us monitor anomalies for signups coming in to see if we are tracking to what we expect to see or not.

Sumologic - Real-time Patient Health Insights and Alerting

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the ability to monitor a patient's health parameters with doctors.
Plus, it also alerts the nearby nurses or hospital staff in case of any incident or emergency.
It gives us a unified view of all the patient log data in one place.
Easy to integrate which helps in quickly enabling the critical monitoring required by critical patients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not enough documentation to read about Sumologic
Searching through logs is a bit laggy and it demands some room for improvement.
Rest everything is good. The tool is loaded with some exciting features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Monitoring the patients' health data and any anomaly in the parameters
2. Real-time alerting in case of any emergency or incident
3. Criteria-Based Alerting via emails, SMS or sometimes outbound calls through Amazon Connect
4. Monitoring several dashboards to see metrics for analysis

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best SIEM tool. Easy to use and find the relevant data from the logs through queries. Vulnerability analysis and clusters logs are also easily available in sumo logic.
I like one thing the best personally - certifications are free on the organisation level. We do not need to pay extra if we are working on it in our company. Just need the business email.
Cloud SIEM is the best where we can get the insight and can create our own signals through it.
We can have the shared folders list just at one click from recents tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Always been a helpful SIEM tool for threat intelligence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finding suspicious activities on our asset through logs in sumo logic. Has been a great tool to detect and extract the relevant information from the given time range and dashboard panel has helped to see the quick insight of the services and also help us in monitoring and active tracing of operations like brute force attempt, sql queries. There are Alert responses through sumo analytics to track what's occurring in our application.
Sumo cloud SIEM gives the insight on all the malicious activities and provide us with the list of events with severity.
Signals can be created with the help of Mitre attack tactics which we think has been used.
We can create our own tags and filter via different fields.
Shared folders are easy to read by clicking on the recent tab.
