What do you like best about the product?
SmartHub has a very inviting and professional interface. It is easy enough to use, advisable to go through training, but can be navigated without major complications even without so.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application sometimes lag or needs sometime to refresh. User Support needs to be more interactive, so far my experience was they can only be contacted via email and takes few days to resolve an issue (which is unacceptable for urgent submissions). Sometimes when attaching documents for resubmission, it gets repetitive (might be an application glitch).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document submissions are uncomplicated, the review process is also fast and it helps that the documents are easily traced.
