A wonderful tool to catch bad guys
What do you like best about the product?
Fraud.net is very easy to use. It has a sleek interface and is very personable. By creating new rules that adapt to our business type, we become more precise, ultimately saving the company a fair amount of money.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Fraud.net could link to multiple other tools that we use daily to make it even more efficient. If we could connect to external articles thanks to keywords, our work could be made more accessible. But overall, it is a great tool, and our company can survive thanks to it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do transaction monitoring through Fraud.net. Daily, we use it to review purchases made by clients to make sure they follow their usual pattern and detect fraud early. We also create rules that adapt to current fraud trends to "catch the bad guys" while their pattern is consistent.

Very good for transactional fraud review.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize rules around velocity and volume.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't allow for easily combining personal info of cardholder with spend behaviour in creating rules. Kibana interface could be friendlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trabsactional fraud. Easy to filter different parameters to see general spend behavior across customer base.
I like it. I like all the functionnalities. I like the cancelled queue and all the information.

IF we can see if the account is frozen or no.

I dont dislike anything about the product.

We are able to find a lot of accounts that are confirmed fraud.

To ask collegues about all the functionalities of the application.

I like the filtre options and ability to search by user ID and transaction ID

sometimes transactions dont clear from queues, or txn that shouldnt be flagged are shown

Fraudnet is a great Tool for Transaction Monitoring

It has a nice view to see transactions that are queued. The ability to use different rule flags to monitor transactions.

The lack of ability to integrate our internal systems with fraudnet to sync customer information

We have identified numerous fraudulent accounts based on the transactions which queue
A good engine for mitigating fraud risk.

The ability to whitelist and blacklist suspicious users and merchants.
What do you dislike about the product?
It at times gives false positives but overall, it's still far better than other tools out there.

Transaction fraud. The benefits I've realised is that it helps me solve complex transaction issues with just a click

Is it possible to have geoIPs of users displayed when their account is opened for review?
A good solution, but not an all-in-one solution.
What do you like best about the product?
Clear management of transaction information. The ability to quickly write, rewrite, and review rules. Useful queuing systems. Quick and reponsive software. It takes some work but you can make this fit your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is challenging to integrate Fraud.net into our other software. We are unable to see information on Fraud.net that other all-in-one solutions provide. Feels very disconnected from our other processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fraud.net allows us to input transaction information and trends, and we can use this information to seek out patterns and to fight fraudulent activities better. The ability to create rules allows us to proactively battle fraud.
