What do you like best about the product?
CNAPP will having the auto remediation option to remediate the misconfigurations based on compliance rulesets. They having some cloudbots to achieve the features successfully and it will be effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the cloudbots are not working and the onboarding stack doesn't have the needed permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will help us to mitigating the risk of our application infrastructures in cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the posture module for CNAPP. It contains a lot of features like, customized rulesets capabilities, GSL builder for custom rules query, Continous Assessment scans, Cloudbots remediation, etc. In auto remediation feature the bots will helps us to remwdiate the Misconfigurations while doing the changes.

The ques updates contains some bugs and quiet expensive

The Cloud Guard CNAPP will help us to identify the Misconfiguration on our cliud infrastructure level. We configured scheduler to assess the custom rulesets to find the findings in pro actively. Overall CNAPP will cover all the posture and complaince score as well.

Sometimes the applying exclusion is not effective on over all posture findings.

Amazing CNAPP Solution for Cloud Environments
What do you like best about the product?
It is an user friendly UI for beginners to learn and work with CNAPP. The best option I love in this portal is that we can set customized ruleset for complaince and posture based on our organization policy. In addition, the GSL builder helps to discover the findings which is out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the metrics are not customized. Dashboard couldn't find deep settings to show case the posture and complaince findings as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We could easily identify the misconfigurations happened in infrastructure level and imporves the compliance score as well.

The detection rate is good. It also has personal management that provides all the details on one dashboard. Depending upon the requirements, you can customize the dashboard. The visibility part is also very good. It can customised. The reaction rate is good.
What needs improvement?
There is an issue with high agent size, which impacts performance. The EDR part should provide more features.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Check Point Infinity for 6 months.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The solution’s scalability is good but complex to maintain. They need to provide technical training to the partners. Expanding the team to get expertise and hands-on solutions will be easy.
How are customer service and support?
Support is not that much good. Response time is very high. Some issues take a few days to resolve.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is neither easy nor complex. Any technical user can quickly deploy it. You need two to three resources to monitor and support the solution for a thousand assets. We use email deployment and data deployment. You don't use manual deployment. It is challenging for multiple users.
What was our ROI?
Check Point is a universal solution with multiple features that customers expect in one product to meet all the requirements.

The product has moderate pricing depending on the devices. The OEM's services are quite high.
What other advice do I have?
We are a cybersecurity company providing solutions for our customers. We tested the Check Point solution, not just as a solution provider but also to assess cybersecurity for Check Point. We tested various products and have found that the Check Point endpoint protection offers multiple capabilities. It covers postal management, DDR capabilities, and many other features, such as cloud assessment and sandboxing in the cloud.
They should have a dedicated team or take services from third-party sources to maintain the solution. They can have this solution for endpoint protection and mobile protection.
We can customize the dashboard to meet our needs. We can tailor the dashboard to display the information we need depending on our requirements.
Overall, I rate the solution a seven out of ten.

We've been utilizing the CNAPP for last 1 year to discovering the Misconfiguration at the cloud environment level is extremely helpful. The most preferred feature in this module is the customizable rule generator that enables us to prioritise running custom scans of compliance and regulater benchmarks to decrease the number of Misconfigurations.

In our Organisation, we have deployed Cloud Guard CNAPP on multiple environments like AWS & Azure. We on boarded overall more than 25 environments on Cloud Guard CNAPP. It providesus a prevention on first cloud security from code to cloud.
