What do you like best about the product?
Having such a large amount of data sets to pull from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its a big overwhelming because there is in fact so much data to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often times its solving the problem of measuring customer engagement on our platform. This is a great benefit during renewal time to prove ROI.

Heap makes my life easy as a Product Manager that needs data support.
What do you like best about the product?
Heap allows me to very easily query almost any data point I could need as a PM. I love that I can also save reports as dashboards to easily share with Stakeholders, so they can reference them anytime they like!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much, Heap is overall awesome. The one area I would love to see some improvement in is the ability to schedule a report to run a set time period. This would allow me to keep everything up top date easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Heap solves my data needs as a Product Manager. It allows me to pull out the info I need from our application quickly, without having to rely on more data-savvy team members within our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to track specific user interactions within platform and map events in live time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to publish user-based reports on shared dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Heap has solved the problem of tracking specific user interactions for marketing without dev involvement.
Much better than google analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Heap has lots of analytical functionality, and the platform is fairly easy to navigate. I love the dashboards and funnel analysis feature. It just feels so much better to use than GA.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really too many downsides in my opinion. I think the platform overall is pretty good. I would say that the definitions of events could be slightly more clear. Maybe also some simple walk-through courses/videos would be helpful. (not sure if those exist already and I missed them)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us analyze web traffic, conversion rates, funnel drop off etc. It serves as a much better alternative to Google analytics. It makes it very easy to keep an eye on performance across channels.

Customized events. Easy-to-use dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's no data and I have to refresh the page later. Should have more choices of visualizations

The conversion rate for the users are helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I can see every step a user takes from the time a user joins/signs up.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of our users joined after listening to a podcast and Heap shows it was direct. Which is true, but wish we could have that specific link or detail. Also wish do a report with ALL the user IDs and get an average of the time it took them to download and then complete a next action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Who and where our users are coming from is how I am using Heap most currently. Because I work on social, I also love how I can see how social is playing a part in acquiring and converting users.

Able to easily define events, build dashboards, funnels!
What do you dislike about the product?
The event visualizer needs some work. Additionally, there are some tricky days with UTM tracking in ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a lot clarity on much needed metrics. As a PM, this tool helps me make decisions fast and share resutls across teams.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and incredibly powerful. it helps those who aren't as technical find insights
What do you dislike about the product?
It is rigid and lacks some customabiility and flexibility that I want. If you have a usecase that isn't perfectly aligned, it is not helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us to see how our site is performing and drive insights.
Heap has been instrumental in getting the full view of all our analytics.
What do you like best about the product?
Heap tells me everything I need to know: conversions, traffic, and channel performance in a digestible way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be clanky and the fields don't always work, especially when comparing MOM and YOY.

It helps me report on my metrics to leadership.

I like how granular you can get with the various tools like funnels. You can pinpoint exact events where a certain action is taken and then calculate an estimated lost revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to get some specific reports to consistently work.

We are able to put anecdotes and theories of friction points into hard data.
