Cant imagine life without Auryc
What do you like best about the product?
The summarized reports of all recorded sessions are fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
Given how much information is captured and made available, it is a bit hard to find exactly what you need at first.
But the Auryc support team is extremely responsive and helps as needed.

We need to constantly monitor user behavior in order to make tool & feature improvements.
Auryc helps us understand what works & what does not work for users of our products.
The breakdown of session details gives us all the information we need in order to engage with our users

Everything has to be manually set up, and detailed analysis is not easy.

A really powerful analytics tool, I don't think we are using it to its fullest

- I like that I can create events dynamically pretty easy

You dont have a Flutter SDK and also there's no way to create a "validator for events" so this dynamic event

It helped us to grow at the beginning allowing everybody to create boards with the data pretty easy

The simplicity of getting it up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making sure that a feature is correctly tagged with html elements. There should be an easier, visual way of creating and tracking a feature rather than relying on IDs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to view our usage patterns. Which feature features are used, and whether users can make it through the happy paths. We also want to see which user interfaces our users struggle with.
Heap is an easy to use, one stop shop for multichannel and business level data retrieval.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, easy to learn, concise, and actionable data.

searching for my specific channel can be cluttered at times, but that just comes with getting used to what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to understand the actual value of my channel. It opened my eyes to some issues of tracking in my channel.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to retroactively define metrics/events.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve, and some things aren't immediately intuitive. I also wish there was an easier way to compare two user segments (say, users that converted and users that did not convert) and have Heap draw out correlating differences in behavior.

Understanding how users navigate through and engage with our website. We've spotted evidence of previously unknown usability issues and measured the impact of different kinds of interventions and new features.
Great low-code option for setting up product analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Click-to-define event creation is a superpower and calculating historical funnels for new events immediately is unbelievalbe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Funnels can be annoying to set up. Filters and views aren't always as clear and feel more tedious to create and modify than competitors like Amplitude.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to visualize our funnels and retention across multiple product groups. PMs can create funnels on their own with limited involvement from data and eng teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to transition to event visualizer, create new definitions, or maybe look at the week's behavior on a certain element.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know when the data in my reports updates. It seems like if I add a report to the dashboard, it only gets updated in the morning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using heap to determine which parts/features of the app are getting the most traffic. We are also going some conversion and funnel analysis with it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If what you are looking for is funnel analysis, Heap is a strong tool.

Sometimes snapshots takes time to show in reports, and are only available for new data
