Great enterprise analytics resource with supportive customer support
What do you like best about the product?
I think that the platform does a great job at capturing user sessions in video and allowing you to isolate specific behaviors. The customer service has been also spot on. Very attentive team at the enterprise level and when there are questions about research validation, they shared quality documentation to help support our UX efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some learning curve to using the platform, getting started and sharing meaningful insights with the team and there are so many pathways to slice-and-dice. It would be helpful if there were some standard parameters to make high level analysis a little easier.
Also, I'm often pulled in a lot of directions in my current role. It would be great if there was some automation if the platform predicted some insights that I (or the business) might find interesting to consider.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is trying to solve optimization challenges upstream in our ecommerce product. The platform is really good at pinpointing the specific interactions through heat mapping.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a powerful platform that can integrate with other analytic resources to centralize insights. It may be helpful to get 1:1 support as the team is getting started to build up experience in building data sets.
Pretty good tool which saves time and easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
You can pull up by the account/DTID and user name.
What do you dislike about the product?
User has to log out for the software to save session.

Using this tool instead of stream in to the clients pc.

- Enable the troubleshooting of reported issues in a smarter way & arrive at the correct solution
Ex. When troubleshooting the engineers assume the customer behavior when implementing a fix, however, this is not always the case. Auryc helped to validate incorrect assumptions

What do you dislike about the product?
We serve a business in which a session does not capture the end-to-end customer workflow (more end-customer driven and not user-driven) but I can foresee a future enhancement to Auryc where this need can be achieved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to see how our customer conduct their day-to-day business utilizing our software & use this data to make decisions on future enhancements.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how Auryc can visualize data, especially the sunburst display as well as the ribbons. The rage clicks analysis is a huge help as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little! Though it does take a little bit to get used to how to use it and manually launching the event marker can be a little time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Determining usage on new features versus legacy features. Understanding utilization of current features to determine long term strategy with new features and products. Determining where our major bugs or issues lie to correct and enhance the user workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of reporting marketing campaigns, understanding the user journey after being exposed to campaigns in different channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found a bit tricky to set up the account in a proper way, to ensure that the data being analyzed was a source of truth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing funnels, platform funnels, digital analytics, product analytics.

Take your time to set up and verify the events you want to track, across all your domains.
Extensive analytics platform with incredibly proactive customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Auryc's platform is very extensive, from traditional web analytics reporting dashboards to heatmaps to screen recordings.If you have a question that needs answered, the tool likely has the answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve to using the platform, but that's partially because of the breadth of features. Auryc also provides such extensive customer support that one can easily ask questions and receive trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auryc is helping with measurement around KPI tracking, identifying bugs, streamlining customer support, tracking funnel performance, and eliminating confusion in our funnel. The ability to replay sessions has significantly improved our ability to understand confusion and struggles for users in our funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity around the platform, mostly around the way things are structured within the application. Love the fact that it auto-captures everything, so I dont have to worry about capturing events rather than just worry about creating hypothesis and research plans of what we want to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports sometime dont come with the best data or its super muddled. It would be nice for it to show me some trends rather than me having to create a chain of reports and refer back to each other to make a hypothesis. For eg. There should be use cases supported. Like if I open a funnel it should recognize that and maybe tell me what I can do with that data like create a cohort see paths in and out of those funnels etc. etc. Running reports is kind of a pain, where it wont keep it there if I dont save it or it runs each report as a different URL that problem needs to be solved too versions maybe or have a state where its a draft report and not saved?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're identifying macro patterns in user behaviors, spikes and plunges in tasks that user perform that gives us the data we need to actually dig deeper or make those data informed decisons that push us further along the process much faster than doing regular research. I've realized its a good tool to actual extract those trends but at the same time validate new things that we launch and using the auto-capture feature go back and compare it against the older data we have.

What do you like best about the product?
Two things: the breadth of the product(analytics and session replay) and the caring folks who ensure that we are able to get what we need from the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is always room for improvement -- I think information hierarchy of the Auryc user experience is the place where I see room
