Auryc is the best - an invaluable tool for smart insights and campaign management

  • October 15, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Auryc integrates with Segment, so you can easily track events and behaviours by user trait, even better you can actually create events in Auryc directly which is really cool, and these can run along side Segment.
Setting up funnels, plus path and goal analysis means we can see how people are engaging with the site, download users lists for emails, and even watch session so we can see exactly what users are doing.
The best thing is the Auryc team are so easy to work with and always responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - it's simpler than GA and the support team are much easier to work with. I would recommend Auryc everytime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing where people are dropping out of the conversion funnel, tracking performance by cohort. We have recently launched our site, but already working with Auryc has enabled us to improve conversion, optimise our registration flow, and directly contact customers who have lapsed.

What do you like best about the product?
Heap is very user friendly software, that has enabled me to bring more in my pipeline line and thus it has positively affected my sales and marketing department. Through Heap until now I am capable of grabbing numerous customers and have turned them in lead generation. It is very simple to use application, which offers effective visualization. Heap has opened new doors for me to understand the market trend and taught me the easy launching of my products as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Much technicality is associated with Heap no doubt it provides effective reporting but too m nay graphs gives a bulky appearance which led to work difficulty. Moreover I really have some issues about the segmentation, which leads to difficult set up of an event. These things should be sort out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always have the clear idea, when why and who approached my product as it offers me clear and transparent insight view of my entire working. Heap has become my every day necessity for ensuring the complete data set. In Addition its installation ad and customization is very smooth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is very helpful for the newly establish business. It will provide you a smooth path for your growth. Through all the data that it grabs about the customers detail, I assure you that you would be able to punch the orders. Thus I see it as universal platform for the small to medium size business.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't worry about the idea of creating a customer acquisition plan from the beginning because Heap helps me do it. It has results prediction functions where the tool is based on the search of success and failure probabilities according to the event to be analyzed. It automates several marketing processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is high, there may be a dilemma in acquiring it. However, take a risk and you will see good results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Heap has been a fantastic tool for us, with the necessary integration it is a lethal weapon to achieve automated processes for tracking events and customers. Not only can we track events, we have also created them from scratch, it has the necessary tools to do so. We have a wide variety of fields in advertising and marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The ROI is the doubt it causes because of its price, however if you do things very intelligently, I am sure it will be very easy to recover the investment. Besides that Heap covers a wide field in general marketing. Very important to note that Heap has long term subscriptions. I am satisfied.

heap optimizer job.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredible how you can work in software in a detailed way, the database covers all the information of the company, now they are much more consolidated and you can also analyze software in order to know if it is working optimally or not.
Its analysis tools allow us to find any type of errors and work in a much more complete way in order to notify and improve these problems, it allows us to observe data such as payments, sales, analysis, software all through a single system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I definitely do not have any negative points in this regard. I find it very good service, it can improve, the upload of information since the analysis can be very slow or other general characteristics such as optimization avoid freezing your work, however the Heap service works well And it has been a radical change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has no problem to analyze the entire company, following problems with our database manually and changing it to a complete one in the cloud can be problematic since we know the errors that this leads, for this reason Heap takes this problem and optimizes our company, showing duplicate data, errors, payments, sales, software a general analysis and graph to easily notice the problems. Heap is one of the best possible solutions and has maintained data protection and constant analysis, I like the tools, they are varied and they work together to give results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In summary, Heap services has been a radical change because it has worked, I do not have any kind of problem, it makes reports, it keeps the whole company connected and optimized in order to avoid annoying errors that damage the functionality of the company.

Excellent, highly customizable analytical tool

  • September 08, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Heap is incredibly user friendly! As someone who'd used Google Analytics for years, I was a VERY quick convert to Heap as it was more intuitive and far more customizable. It quickly became absolutely indispensable as an analytical tool for our marketing, product, and data teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to get information overload with Heap, and get disorganized quickly. I highly recommend developing a naming convention, information architecture, and distinguishing read and write users from the start. We did not do that and now have many duplicate events/segments, old events, and general disorganization. Luckily, it's very easy to follow definitions, but it's messier than I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Heap for all website analytics - it's our primary data source for conversion funnels and AB tests. Plus we use it for countless ad hoc analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
Heap is extremely easy to follow. Once you create a report, it is shareable to your entire time to keep tabs on!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes setting up the report can't be finicky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Heap to keep a record of the traffic being driven from social posts to our online platform. This has been very beneficial to see what posts are going to bring people in, and inevitably create more sales.

Heap is a current generation analytics tool.

  • September 02, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Heap is great because it allows us to measure many categories of things (like clicks) using retroactive analysis. Basically that means that it sends data about every single click up to Heap from the browser, so that you can retroactively query "did anyone do _____?" (or more accurately, "when someone did ____ what were all the circumstances of those pageviews, sessions, and people") and it can tell you.

It's also good just as a replacement for dreadful apps like google analytics - whose overly complex UI has not gotten better in the past 18 years or so that it's been around. It does all the things you probably expect it to but requires way less screwing around to get it done.
What do you dislike about the product?
* Data governance rules can't be enforced (and aren't shown as dropdowns, rather just as suggestions) on renamed events so it's hard to move into a more organized world. This isn't a stumbling block at all for new users since you should turn on Data Governance from the beginning now that it exists - so don't let this bug you. I'm just hoping someone from Heap sees this and fixes it :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pretty much all the analytics functions, we do with Heap. It's a way better use of our money than paying for GA would have been.

Excellent tool for data analysis

  • September 02, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is the most complete and easy-to-use analysis platform, it is easy to define events and analyze the data, it offers a large amount of data about what is happening on your website, it is also easy to create charts, it also has the ability to create reports and dashboards very easily, it allows me to know what type of browser and device they are using and the ability to understand the behavior of individual users, it also offers really good data to make decisions for your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I can't find something that I can't like about this product, I'm satisfied with everything it offers me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this tool we can quickly understand any change in the site, it allows me to define each and every one of the behaviors on the website, it has allowed us to analyze the behavior of our traffic in multiple sessions, it has also provided us with much more granular analysis about it. behavior of our users, also helps me understand which campaigns are working effectively, greatly helps our organization to be more productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I consider this product a very simple tool to implement, I am sure that you will not have any problems when starting with the software, I recommend it for how good it is and for all that it is capable of offering.
