What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly review sessions to see how users interact with our application is huge. It allows us to quickly find issues we did not find during QA. It also allows us to see if users are utilizing our application as intended and if not, allows us to quickly pivot our application to meet users intended needs. I also really like how fast the Auryc team responds to questions or feedback. There was an instance where the Auryc application did not meet our full needs and they were able to quickly gather our requirements for what we were hoping the application could do, and quickly implement a new feature within a couple weeks.

I also enjoy the ability to easily create bookmarks for myself on queries that I frequently use. This is great as every user of the application may have a different need for it, so the ability for me to customize for me personally is a big advantage. I can easily open the application and immediately see the stats I want without having to recreate the query every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the stats can be a little confusing to understand. I do realize that this is not a true analytics application and that the stats can be a little misleading. However, the Auryc team is quickly able to help break down what the numbers mean and help look into any discrepancies you feel exist. They helped show how to cross check the numbers to help verify they were in fact accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to watch users interact with new features that were recently launched. It allows us to confirm that the new features are in fact meeting user expectations and find any gaps that were missed. We are also utilizing the application to watch the number of sale failures we are receiving. This allows the team to go in and make sure users are completing their purchases and if not watch to see why they were unable to complete their purchase. Since users can spend a lot of time before making a purchase it's critical to know if there was something on our site hindering them from making their purchase.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is something that is vital for sites to have if they want to watch production users user their application. There is nothing better than seeing your customer base use it how they would at home. The information gained from these sessions is critical for any business to verify they are meeting user expecations.

Fantastic web analytics at an unbeatable value

What do you like best about the product?
The team at Auryc has been incredibly helpful, and the software is very robust. My favorite part of Auryc is the ability to retroactively run an analysis. Where in other web analytics tools one must set up metrics and events to measure, with Auryc one can take any interaction and run an analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is very new, which is always a bit of a gamble but has been a winning bet for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have run analysis on the effect of the CCPA implementation as well as gotten help with combining online and offline conversions. Auryc has been instrumental in helping understand how changes to our site effect total conversions. Moreover, Auryc has been very nimble in its ability to create custom dimensions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Reach out to them now. The team at Auryc is nimble and very willing to help. Honestly, we have tried lots of vendors over the years and Auryc has been one of the best.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the breadth of features that Auryc offers. The platform offers many different ways to analyze the customer experience and get relevant feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, no complaints. The product and the service have both been outstanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've discovered a number of customer touchpoints that needed fine-tuning to improve the customer experience. Watching session replays has been particularly interesting. Some experiences that we thought were intuitive turned out to be confusing pain points for our customers.
The Voice of Customer feature has also been a great way to connect and get feedback from customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of insights Auryc provides. It is unlike any other analytics tool I've ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I genuinely disliked because the team at Auryc was there every step of the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auryc was able to give us unbelievable insights into our e-commerce funnel. We've been able to optimize our e-commerce store more and more because of Auryc and double sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Gone are the days of 'unable to recreate'.. We are able to share exact examples of customer pain points and conversion friction with our developers and designers. While session replay is fantastic, it's the additional features and intelligence that truly set Auryc apart from the competition. We are not just discovering issues, Auryc enables us to optimize journeys and grow revenue at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see more instructional videos on usage, how to, use cases etc. There's so much available in the tool and we want to make sure we are mastering the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We discovered two friction points in our mobile journeys - mobile conversion is up 13% since rolling out the fix and we expect that number to climb. We've been able to optimize landing pages and our overall path to purchase which is helping us reach our aggressive revenue growth targets.

Auryc Has Given Me a Complete Understanding Of My Customer's Journey

What do you like best about the product?
Not being a highly technical person I felt I needed a better understanding of my customer's needs and the steps to make their customer journey the best possible experience. Auryc has given me insight I didn't know and the immediate access to customer service has changed the way I do business. The numbers are in bounce rates are down, profits are up!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, my experience has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a better understanding of my audience and what they respond to, Auryc has given me the necessary feedback to retain my existing base, grow and increase profits, moving forward.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For me the customer journey was crucial because I am building a brand that has a 5 year plan. I need to know details in order to insure that I am providing services my customers value. Auryc has given me the data I need to be successful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough time to explore all the capabilities. We're working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In working with a client on a project with a messenger funnel, we needed to figure out the conversion of the messenger funnel. Many messenger tools are not properly built for reporting. Auryc was able to provide the infrastructure and analytics engine to allow us to be up and running in under an hour - reporting the way we needed to.

We tried other tools but their "anchors" made updating and improving a funnel untenable. We found the perfect combination flexibility and real-time results feedback with Auryc.

The insights are unparalleled in the space; we now have data-driven indicators on where we should concentrate our efforts. Tech is filled with great intuitive "I know the problem" people. Auryc's results are enabling us to move past "gut" and focus on reality and scale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Map out your funnel, think about what you want to measure and how you want to slice and dice your data. Once you have that in hand - jump in with both feet!

What do you like best about the product?
Session replays! As a start-up consumer-facing company; watching countless hours of session replays was critical to our learning of consumer behavior with our product. Session replays gave us invaluable insights as we searched for product-market fit and was one of the primary influencers in our UX
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike; rather I see many areas for Auryc to further its scope and capacity to provide even more platform intelligence. I would like to see Auryc expand it's capabilities to allows users to more seamlessly analyze data relative to previous periods (i.e, this months performance vs last months). Also, I would love my dashboards to be available on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deep learning of how consumers are using our site without having to pay for expensive user testing. Leveraging Auryc, we are smarter and more nimble to react to issues that induce truncated consumer experiences

What do you like best about the product?
Auryc's support team is a competitive advantage. They are always willing to collaborate and find solutions to get the insights we need to improve our website
What do you dislike about the product?
Auryc's interface is not super-intuitive. However, it is very flexible, and that is more important to us than a great UI

Website Error catching and prioritizing, UX improvements, customer feedback linked to session replay. All of these analyses would not be possible without Auryc

Helpful in addressing customer feedback and site issue investigations

What do you like best about the product?
Before we used to manually track customer footprints until we had Auryc. Now, with only details like email, order number, or IP address, we are able to view the complete shopping journey each of customers went through. We are also able to address customer pain points immediately by watching session playback which helps us understand the reasons behind every negative feedback we're getting.

In addition, the best part with Auryc is their customer service. They are very responsive and quick in addressing our issues and concerns as clients. I hope their overall service will never decline because they are on a roll right now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have with Auryc is this: there are times when some sessions are not available when I search for it; so I end up sending them an email to get them on my behalf. This minor hiccup will be addressed immediately by their customer service which makes it a negligible issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The usual problems Auryc has helped us resolve are negative feedback coming from clients. There are times when customer feedback are so hard to understand and that's where Auryc will come into picture and help us address them. Very helpful in understanding customer journey. Another thing is when suspicious declines in our conversion occurs. Auryc has been helpful with our investigation in pointing out the probable reason behind the decline. Lastly, because of session playback, we can also check if our UX designs are working with our customers. It helps us validate if our products are being used as expected by end users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Based on our team's head, this is the best priced vendor for this type of product.
