Great tool that has brought us a lot of value in a short time

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of events and recordings. Having the possibility to jump from a quantitative report to a qualitative video recording has helped us understand all sorts of problems in our product.

I also like their simple UI, continuous improvements and great support. My colleagues look at Auryc as a combination of Heap and Hotjar analytics with a more intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. As long as they continue improving their product in the right direction, we are happy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Here are a few benefits we have realized from Auryc:
+ look how we can reproduce a bug,
+ figure out where to start from with our qualitative research,
+ understand what the new user already knows before the first sales/onboarding session,
+ praise our employees based on users activities,
+ see usability issues in our product,
+ measure our OKRs and KPIs.

A whole new view into our customer interactions

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to not only create fallout funnels, but to actually see videos to show what is causing users to fall out at certain points helps give us clear visibility into areas for improvement for our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports in the Insights section are not user customizable. The ability to create those reports for yourself would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a gap in what our analytics could tell us & what our customers were actually doing. Auryc was able to show us those gaps & allow us to see specific user behavior to allow us to make more meaningful decisions to improve our product

Fantastic work tool really useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Heap development and usability are very user-centric and empathic. It took me just 20 minutes to start to make sense of the data, I remember the first time I set it up.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can do much more about generating main documents for different cases of business application with tools and tutorials. You have already started to present preconstructed documents, but you can use more funnel and graphs for main KPIs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use a standard test structure and heap to ensure that the studies are well assessed and that the profit distribution of the documents and funnels is clearer. It also helps us to track various conversion funnel during the purchaser visit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider it a practice to identify and regularly check all major events and funnels in heap. The observations are good and can serve as a perfect way to improve products and fix bugs. The writing is uncompromising and super grainy.

Great Product, Support and Full-Service

What do you like best about the product?
The Auryc team was able to get us up and running in under 30 minutes and was able to work with our web team every step of the way - providing deployment instructions, overseeing the deployment, post-deployment verifications and even an additional theme we had on our website. Within 24 hours of going live we were able to identify journeys with sub-optimal experiences, understand what was trending on our sites and even harness the power of the voice of the customer via a branded site feedback badge that their customer service team took care of. It was also great that the team had recommendations for fixing issues from their rich experience in optimizing digital journeys which our team was able to act and measure the success of those changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to get to a heat map from a replay but would be great to go directly to a heat map given a url and I know the team is working on this. Their customer service team is able to generate heat maps for any scenario on-demand and are extremely responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing the effectiveness of our website.

Great Solution for Site Usability

What do you like best about the product?
Auryc is proactive about bringing site usability issues to us that we otherwise would not have discovered.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Auryc interface is a little cumbersome, but as a relatively new and company they are constantly making it better and are therefore open to suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have gone through many Magento upgrades and feature/functionality changes in the last few months leading up to holiday 2019 and have relied on Auryc's insights to help understand break points resulting from these launches.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to replay each session is phenomenally useful when trying to understand how users user a website and where they are getting frustrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far - it's only been a week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving issues that are discouraging users from using our website. The ability to find area than generated rage clicks and extreme rage clicks help you see how people expect the website to behave versus how it is behaving.

Very powerful tool with awesome customer support

What do you like best about the product?
We've only been using Auryc for a short time so far, but the experience has been great. The granularity of data you can analyze on Auryc is far beyond what is available in other tools like Hojar and Lucky Orange The integration literally took 5 minutes and the customer support we've received while configuring our account has been fantastic. The Auryc team has taken the time to learn about our business and has done lots of work on their end to track important metrics for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. There is a slight learning curve as the UI is not quite as intuitive as other tools. That being said, their team has been extremely receptive to our feedback and is actively working to improve it. There also isn't currently a way to view aggregated click and heat maps for groups of pages which is important to our business. Again, this is something they said will be available shortly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previous tools we used only allowed us to analyze and filter data at the url level while Auryc allows us to filter by user actions and events. This allows us to be much more efficient with our time while finding more impactful trends.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
So far our experience has been great. The product is solid and being improved everyday while the customer support is some of the best I've seen. Pricing for the feature set I thought was very fair compared to other products available in the market.

The Analytics tool you need!

What do you like best about the product?
- One feature that places Heap way above other tools is the auto-capture feature. Sometimes, we realize tracking a particular event for a funnel which we had not started tracking to start with, the auto-capture feature is already capturing the data, making use of css selectors to just define them and use as we go.
- Heap is super easy to setup and manage. Even the product marketers in our team can drive the entire effort of setting it up although some server-side events do need knowledge of where to place them in our code. Also, the feature of sharing reports within the team comes in really handy.
- The interface is really intuitive and they have done good effort at keeping things simple. Google analytics for that matter can become a bit overwhelming for starters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a feature to run our own queries on the data we have already tracked. Sometimes, the graph feature is not enough for us to drive meaningful insights. Things like mean/median mode can be a real boost to the graph feature which as of now only supports calculating min/max/average etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We try to understand how well a given functionality in our application is adopted. We leverage the data to do experiments on the growth front. Creating relevant funnels to understand how well new features lead to revenue for the product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Heap is an excellent data capture platform with minimal learning curve. If you’re not taking data driven decisions in your product, you’re missing out on understanding who your consumers are and what do they want. I would highly recommend using Heap for your analytics need.

What do you like best about the product?
Heap's design and functionality are beautifully empathetic and user-centric. As a marketer, I remember the first time I set it up and it didn't take me more than 20 minutes to start making sense of the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can do much more with resources and tutorials about creating key reports for different business use cases. They have started suggesting prebuilt reports but can have more specific funnels and graphs for key KPIs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are adopting a regular experimentation framework and heap comes into play to make sure the experiments are measured well and the revenue attribution is clearer with the reports and funnels. It also helps us track different conversion funnels through the buyer journey
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make a habit of defining all key events and funnels in heap and checking on them regularly. The insights are powerful and they can act as a great source of product improvements and bug fixes. For marketers, the reporting is clutter free and super granular.
